Hourglass shape back! Breast fat transfer post explant & adhesions

My experience with Dr. Bednar was stellar from start to finish. I wen to him for a fat transfer to the breasts after following his work on Facebook for over a year. I was an explant patient that was left completely deflated with scars and adhesions and Dr. B was able to work through all of those problems and give me a womanly shape again. I can not overstate how much better natural fat in the breasts looks compared to implants. The added (amazing) bonus to this procedure is that since Dr. B mainly takes the fat from the flanks and back of the thigh, you end up with an hourglass shape in the back. Win win! I would absolutely recommend Dr. B to anyone considering this procedure. As with every cosmetic procedure there are risks. Follow post-op instructions! Get your lymphatic drainage massages. Use the compression garments as prescribed! Take the vitamins! Dr. B's work, along with ALL of these things, produces a very nice result. Dr. B, my husband thanks you as well! :)
