Unbelievably Rude Patient Coordinator

WORTH IT

Steer clear. Abby, the patient coordinator is mean. Makes you feel unwelcome. Dr Burns is wonderful. The front staff is great too. Abby was so fake. I was seen last November. Even had my credit card on Abby’s desk. See my previous review with the comment dated May 2026.

He Helped Me with my Ruptured Left & Capsular Contracture on the Right!

Loved my appointment! I went in 7/16/25 with a ruptured implant from 5/1/25. I’ve had capsular contracture with my 560 cc saline mentor implants pretty much this last 20 years. I received a consultation for an explant with a body fat transfer since my body doesn’t do well with implants, causing them to feel as hard as baseballs.
All the ladies were super nice and I even asked him to drain the boob that is still hard because my left boob that was ruptured looks really pretty and natural, he made them both look even! I don’t think he gets people asking to have him drain their implant while still staying in their body very often, I was super happy that he helped me… I will be getting on the schedule to remove my ruptured implants in about 60 days and I will go with the explant and body fat Transfer! I will include before, and after pictures of how I looked when I went in today and how I looked when I got home a few hours later! If you have Capsular contracture, and your implants are saline, which is just salt water…I absolutely recommend just getting them drained, even just pulling out 200 cc of saline and then letting it drain naturally on its own at home you’ll be super happy and the hardness is gone immediately, instantly! I have mild ptosis, but I love it because it just looks so natural and pretty now and I can’t wait to see him again in two months!

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this doctor when I was there visiting for probably my second or third time after being there for one of their marketing After Hours events and after being there for a first appointment around July 2025 and then a follow up appointment to drain my seromas, in Nov 2025, Dr Burns and his front office ladies are wonderful…….. however; once in the back office with Abby Clark, his surgical, patient coordinator,I had a terrible experience, at first it was OK and she went over the dates available for surgery saying there was a Thursday and a Friday available a few months away… My appointment date was November 12, 2025. A possible procedure date would’ve been in February 2026. I told Abby I run a small business. I needed to check my calendar and see if the Thursday or Friday would work for me, after I looked around my calendar for a minute on a couple different calendars I told her I think Thursday might work and she said sorry Thursday’s taken, I said, but you just told me Thursday or Friday …..she said “yeah but an email came in just now and first come first served…” I said are you serious? I’m sitting right in front of you. I am first because I am still inside of my appointment with you… A few days later I emailed back and decided to go ahead and try and schedule, but I had initially left telling her that I felt very sad by the way I was treated by her. I was then ghosted by the office and nobody returns my calls. How in the world is it first come first served in the middle of MY appointment. All of a sudden a Thursday slot is gone because an email came through. ABBY shouldn’t even be looking at HER email When it’s my appointment. You should be looking at me. She already checked her calendar and gave me two dates that were available, and I told her I was checking my calendar to see if Thursday or Friday would work. Any reply to this other than an apology would just be an excuse.
