I had my surgery on May 28th, 2021. I'm 30 years old and weighed 105 pounds on day of surgery, currently 108. I'm a little over 3 months post op now and I'm very happy with my results. It's much more than I thought I'd achieve in one round. I've had implants for a total of 12 years. In those years I had 3 reconstructive surgeries due to complications before finally having an explant due to BII.Breastfed two beautiful babies! Before implants I was a 32B. After explant I think I was a 32A. I'm not quite sure since I never wore a bra after. They were just so small and I couldn't force a cleavage if I wanted to. I'm now a 32C! I've gained two cup sizes which is not what I expected to retain at all. They don't look big though when I wear clothes, but I love that I can dress them up or play them down depending on what bra I wear since they're like real boobs!Dr. Bednar put 400cc into my right breast and 340cc into my left. I also added FT to my lower lip. The lip didn't retain as much as I'd hope, but they do look slightly more plump so I am not mad. After all, fillers cost more. Never had fillers but I know they need to be retouched so often! Dr. Bednar harvested fat from my flanks and outer/back of thighs. I requested to pay for extra lipo in my abdomen but he denied it. I'm actually glad he did because I did not think at the time how wasteful it would have been.Your breasts can only take so much fat at a time based off how much breast tissue you have to work with. He would have just thrown that extra fat out. He denied my request because I'm an explant patient with multiple revisions and not a whole lot of fat to waste. He wanted me to preserve what I have in case I ever decide to do R2. I decided to do it! Not because I'm unhappy with one round. I really just want to get rid of my belly! LOL.I'm thin but that pouch doesn't budge. I don't want to toss the fat though so put them in my boobies please. I wouldn't mind more boobs at all. I did develop a huge lump on my right breast. It also happens to be the boob I had issues with prior to FT. The one that had the implant rupture and lots of scars. I've been massaging the lump here and there and noticed it got smaller and softer.Hoping that will go away in time. My "incision" sites are still visible. I quoted incision because they're more like tiny holes. Scarring for me just takes longer to heal so I expected that. My lipo areas however are smooth like butter! I feel like I almost have my pre-babies body back. I think after R2, I'll definitely be there once that belly is gone! Thank you to Dr. Bednar and his amazing team for everything. You guys rock!
