Four months later, zero complaints here! I am so happy I chose Dr. Bednar. My lipo is smooth and have zero irregularities. Lipo scarring takes lots of time to heal-even for a healthy 27 year old-so patience is important with this procedure! Never felt so confident in my whole life.

I remember the second day being my most uncomfortable and cranky for sure. Keep on moving around a ton and then elevating everything you can! That swelling loves to stick around. I felt so much better after the third day. Do everything you can to keep on moving but obviously be gentle to yourself! And try not to worry-I think I hit my breasts or dropped my phone on them more times than anyone I have heard of. Happy recovery!
When did you start working out again after surgery?
There are rules from my surgeon regarding cardio, high impact exercise, and workouts involving upper body-but I did low impact cardio and leg exercises a week later and was back to work in six days.
Fully resumed with no restraints at 3 months.

Breast Fat Transfer
27 years old. 5'1" and pre FT weight was 128 lbs. 34C, 36B.
I have always been muscular-curvy my entire life with the same problem areas that I just could not lose since puberty. I am very active and weight-lift five days a week. I had been thinking of getting liposuction for about four years now and when I was in search of a doctor in my area to perform it I came upon this group! I found out that Dr. Bednar, world-renowned FT surgeon was basically right in my backyard. I saw all of the amazing results and figured, why not put that fat to good use?
I had liposuction to my flanks, outer thighs, inner thighs, and abdomen. Recovery was not bad at all, probably about day 7 before I felt normal again, but I was back to work at day 6.
I think my favorite part of all of this has to be that I still look like ME, just improved. My breasts are more shapely and full, but they don't look like imposters. I still have my shape and size that no other woman will! And that is really special.
My biggest piece of advice to anyone considering this procedure is to make sure this is something you really want, and also to make sure you are willing to strictly listen to the professionals in charge. They are experts for a reason! I have had a wonderful recovery. Thanks again to all involved and I'll update at three months with the final look.

Hello, Im curious how long it was from the fat transfer to when you took the "after" photos? Have you noticed much change in volume since you first got it done? Thanks!
