WORTH IT

I am SO BEYOND EXCITED to move into the next (and hopefully final) part of my “breast improvement journey” LOL! Please see my last review on explanting 15 year old saline implants. It has been so freeing to have them out, for so many reasons, but as I feared, I’ve been left with a very concave “empty bag of skin” look. It’s ok, easily remedied in clothing, but I’d like to look normal when naked or wearing a swimsuit and just have what I had pre-implants/kids. I wouldn’t be sad if I had a little more either! ;)

Enter Dr. David Floyd who specialises in lipofilling (fat transfer) for the past 10 years! From the first consult phone call, I felt like I would be in very skilled and caring hands. When I met him in person, I literally had tears in my eyes as he showed me some of his work. It is apparent that this man has been a blessing to so many women by bringing normalcy and beauty to such an intimate and important part of our bodies, going from disfigured and deformed, to not only symmetrical, but stunningly beautiful.

There are risks, but I feel confident that he is a master at what he does, and I’m just praying he finds an adequate amount of fat on me to make a difference!

As you can see, I’m quite concave, and though I technically measure a 34B, I can’t even fill a 34 A. The skin on my breasts has been stretched by multiple back-to-back pregnancies and breastfeeding, which is *hopefully* not too bad of a situation since the “space” should easily accommodate new fat cells.

I think the hardest part for me will honestly be NOT exercising for 3 months! I’m a fitness instructor and have been addicted to working out or playing sports literally my entire life. However, I’m committed!! Not spending 5k for nothing! ;D

My stats:

5’10”

140-145 lbs

34a bust

28” waist

39” hips

Can’t wait to post an update after surgery! :)

Thank you for starting a review and I'll be following your story with great interest! I've already had three breast fat transfers with a specialist in Germany and overall I'm happy with the result. I always knew I would need several surgeries because I started off basically flat chested with very tight breast envelope, so considering a 4th surgery just based on needing a little bit more. But main reason for the 4th surgery would be to correct an asymmetry that only became noticeable with the surgeries (one breast took on less fat). My current surgeon just hasnt been able to fix that and clearly has no solution. So have lost trust and looking around for other surgeons.

Hi! My goodness, you have such dedication!! I’m sorry that has happened to you. I want to encourage you to reach out to David Floyd for a consultation. When we were face to face, he actually showed me several accounts of his work where he corrected asymmetry, literally changing women’s lives. One poor girl was only 18, and had one DDD breast and one that didn’t develop at all, AA! He fixed the small one with 2 transfers and did a reduction on the larger side to be an even C/D! It blew my mind and I actually cried when I saw the photos because I can’t imagine what he truly did for that poor girl!!! Anyway, I can wait to update and will you the BEST with moving forward!!! Xx

It's fine seriously, I don't feel like a victim or anything. There are just certain aspects of fat transfer that are not very well known and that everyone needs to be prepared for. One aspect being that if you are extremely small chested with little space in the breast it will take several procedures to build volume. The other being that there may be the case, that one of your breasts just takes on less fat than the other. I think women like you, who have experienced a loss of volume, are ideal candidates for breast fat transfer because there is plenty of space to fit the fat. And yes good to know that Dr. Floyd has plenty of examples of fixing asymmetry. I will check him out as soon as that lockdown is hopefully lifted in February. I hope it didnt affect your surgery date!

Day of treatment

Omg!!! It’s done! :D

I literally took these pics less than 15 minutes after waking up! I’m SO insanely happy! He only took from my flanks, skimmed my back and abdomen and didn’t touch my legs (which I’m very happy about as they are my pride and joy haha). I’m not sure how much he got, but it feels like around 150cc’s maybe? They are so soft and do t hurt at all and I have minimal pain at the lipo sites, honestly I won’t be taking any meds and I’m traveling home tomorrow. This is literally 10,000 easier than I was expecting, and I ate like a horse as soon as I woke up! Haha, I can definitely tell it’s going to be a fun challenge to keep my calories high enough!
Anyway, I should find out exact cc’s and will take pics of lipo tomorrow!
I know this may not seem like much of a difference, but it truly is a world to me, and all I wanted was to not feel deformed. I wasn’t going for the over-filled, “make me a D+” results, just what I had pre-implant and pre-kid would be a dream come true and he exceeded that! :) Also, keep in mind I am 5’10.5” and very very lean/toned at 140lbs (much of that is leg muscle)!

Congratulations for making it through the worst :-) By the way the eating like a horse bit afterwards is quite typical. I also had this incredible hunger for carbohydrates right afterwards. Given how fit you were right afterwards I assume you also just had sedation (i.e. you were knocked out completely but it wasn't general anesthesia)?

Thank you!
No!! It was GA! And they were operating for 4 hours! He couldn’t find any fat on me apparently lol. I did tell the anaesthesiologist that I usually throw up after GA, so I think he tweaked it for me. Also, it turns out I only had 50cc’s in each! Lol, it still made such a difference and Dr. Floyd said it should all stick since it’s such a small amount. I can also already tell I have a more tapered waistline (it was always pretty straight and boyish). Anyway, I might consider a R2 down the road if I gain some fluff from no exercise and overeating haha. We shall see, but it would be nice to have some cleavage! For now, I’m fully satisfied and excited to heal :)

50cc in each breast is an incredibly small amount, is there a reason why he transferred so little? Did you not have enough fat to transfer?
January 12, 2021
ah sorry, just saw you mentioned he couldnt find any fat on you.
January 12, 2021
Yeah, I asked specifically that he not touch my lower body so I guess that’s all I had

Congratulations, how much was your FT? I'm also going to have my implants out with Mehboob just torn whether to do it at the same time or wait a few months like you You look great :)
January 14, 2021
I am in the same situation, will explant in a couple of weeks and wants to do a FT as well, but my surgeon says it’s more likely to retain fat if you wait at least 3 months after the explant to do the FT.
January 14, 2021
I wanted it all done at once, but looking back now I’m SO glad my body had time to heal before FT! Explant is a lot to heal from in itself, and in the “waiting period” I learned A LOT about why it’s smart to wait. All I can say is do your research and listen to your body!! I’m not wanting to extend this “boobie journey” for much longer, so I’m glad I was forced to just do it right the first time (Mehboob said there was no fat on me to graft) and I’m hoping for one more round of FT and then to be done forever!!! ;) It seems like a lot of money, but in the long run it’s saving me loads with my health and for future issues! Xx

1 month post

5 week update!

Energetic358515
I feel like what I have now is here to stay, and I’m already planning a second round. I’ve taken care of my four young children (age 6 and under) from day 4 and moved house over the past 2 weeks! So I’ve been busy, but made sure to eat well, not get my heart rate up, and not a drop of alcohol. My husband does light lymph massage on my lipo sites about every other day, and I dry brush before my shower each day to keep the blood flowing. My shape has dropped from week 1, but all the fat has stayed. Hopefully there’s more of a base (and more fat since I’m not working out at all) for round 2!
