Fat Transfer to Breasts and Arm Lipo

Dr Bednar performed the liposuction and breast grafting. Not only is the staff unbelievably kind and attentive, (especially remarkable as this is a pretty busy office); but Dr. Bednar is as much an artist as he is a veteran plastic surgeon. 4 weeks ago I had thighs, flanks and upper back of arms as liposuction sites and all that could fit, went to my breasts; the leftovers to "hip dips" to emphasize a more hourglass apppearance. They really hold the patients' hands well throughout the multiple dynamics of healing. I'd initially hesitated because I wanted more than 0.5-1.5 cups incerase, but decided to try anyway. That's when I learned of the ever popular "Round 2" many (but definitely not all patients choose to do a 2nd round). I had small dense, difficult to expand breasts; they were able to inject 400ccs of fat into each breast. I have plenty of "stuffing" material to harvest from my abdominal area and inner thighs. I've already scheduled and placed a deposit for round two as the impact of round 1 has likely made the tissue more "yielding". Many patients balk at the cost of breast fat transer procedues, but when contrasted against the reccomendation to replace saline or silicone implants every 10 years and who knows how many 10s of thousands of dollars in health costs if BII (Breast Implant Illness) result, not to mention explant scarring and suffering, I think two rounds of fat transfer to the breasts with a good surgeon like Dr Bednar is a MUCH wiser, more economical and safer strategy. I am very impressed with this team of professionals, they appear to work very smoothly together, provide stellar service and deliver epic results.
