So i like the results but i want bigger. I would do a second fat transfer but i dont want to lose anymore volume in my lower half plus problems with the lipo. So i am considering doing implants but i am scared they will make me sick so i dont know

what cup size are you now, a large c? I think you look great and it's a beautiful size on you. Rather than going for implants I would go for a second round of breast fat transfer and ask your surgeon to correct your thigh indentations at the same time. I'm bias however, as I would never consider implants and currently planning my first breast fat transfer operation. By the way, thank you very much for your review and sharing your experience, invaluable for anyone trying to make a decision!
Thank you for the comment! And your input! I think i might do the fat transfer again just because i think its safer and good luck on your surgery!
what bra size are you now
Im around a 32C cup
you're good!
I wouldn’t get implants and definitely NOT more fat transfer! Your boobs are huge! Leave them be you look great!!
Honestly, I think you look great the size you are now. I would be thrilled! And don’t forget, the bigger your breasts are, it changes the way you look in clothes. Just keep that on mind. So far I’m holding at a small D/C cup. This is up from a deflated B cup. I still want to be able to fit into my tops, just fill out the top a little better. Another poster pointed out that with her bigger breasts she has to be careful with what she wears, otherwise she looks heavier. And the tops she used to wear don’t fit her right anymore. Just something to keep in mind. It all just depends what your goal is in the end.
You are already there!
I think you look perfect. I’ve just had mine done and really hoping for a size like yours. How long has it been now? They say you won’t really see the final result until About 6 months. Good luck with what ever decision you make.
go for the implants. They are a sure thing. Ive had mine for over 15 years. Saline. Good luck
Addendum: Your results are amazing, however you may want to wait at least a year and see how well the fat holds up. Did they tell you anything about the fat not holding or taking completely? Just curious.

Here are the negatives from the lipo. You can see in the picture all the indentations. Are their any tips to get this fixed? Its very annoying

It doesn't look like an indent but muscle definition showing since the fat was removed.
You look IN-CRED-I-BLE. I'm researching explanting my implants (I've already had one revision and now have to have another one) and doing BFT. If I got results like yours I would be soooooooooooo happy. I second what the other ladies were saying about the clothing. While things look great naked or in anything you might buy from Fashion Nova, regular comfy pedestrian clothes now make me look frumpy and old. (I NEVER had that before) I didn't even think about the issues. Plus, going bigger makes buying bras SO difficult because the disparity between your ribcage and cupsize goes outside the "norm" and you have to start searching far and wide for cute non-minimizer bras. Also, if you like exercising, (I alway did), implants definitely can impede that and make it feel weird.

Side note: the indents on your thighs do just look like fitness model-esque muscle definition.
I have a really similar look to my thighs after my fat transfer. I totally understand why you feel a little concerned about it bc I did too, but trust me it looks great and muscular. I found it helps to go to the gym and build up muscle (strength training, no weight loss) to make it look more natural from all angles.

Leg indentions?

So I’ve noticed some leg indentions on my upper thighs. Is their any way to correct this or do i have to get correction surgery for it. I wore the compression garment for 3 weeks religiously so im not sure why this happened.
Very sad :(

Would going back to work 1 week out be doable with no strenuous work, etc.?
I think maybe like 10 days would be more doable imo
Has that gone away yet? Do you feel your butt sized down? Worried about my butt more than my thighs
Bednar took from your butt too?
Did the problem with your leg indentions resolve itself? I think I wore my compression garments for almost 3 months
Woah threee months!? I only wore mine a month do you think that could be why i have these problems?
Hi just curious did you get the fat transfer to breast surgery as well?
These “indentations” you are seeing are actually what many many women strive for at the gym. It’s muscle definition in the quad. Usually a layer of fat covers this area. You look amazing !!! Boobs are incredible !
Leg indentations from lipo?? You are kidding right. I would give anything to have my shapely legs back and not have let them been touched by any liposuction. My shape is gross now.
