1 week post op

This was one big roller coaster week for me for sure, physically and emotionally too. After returning home 1 day post op I had developed sleeping problems. When I was pregnant I had restless leg syndrome (RLS) but few months after giving birth it was much better.. but now after my fat transfer it has started again. This meant 2 literally (!!!) sleepless nights, and strangely I did not even feel tired!! During those 2 nights I cleaned up my whole house (with RLS he last thing you want to do is laying or sitting). I was on my feet for 2 nights and I did not sleep during the day either. I was hyper, needed to do things. Being on my feet so much resulted in enormous backache on 3rd day post op, and a very grumpy mood - tiredness. On the 3rd night I slept 3 hours - and continued cleaning lol. And as the days and nights went on I stared to sleep every night a little more. Still can't sleep the night trough tho, waking up every 2-3 hours..
On the post op check up the doc told me I must react to the anesthesia - that brings RLS out. So when all the drugs are out of my body I should be able to sleep as before op. I hope so..
Other than this I must say: this whole procedure is not much painful but the recovery is extremely uncomfortable, you must hold back your daily speed and give up a lot of things for a while. Simple things like wearing jeans, driving, sleeping on your stomach, sitting comfortably, having a good shower and so on and on.. anyway.. I hope all is going to worth it at the end..
Some facts:
- bruising started 2-3 days post op, the donor sites and also on boobs
- no bruising at all at the site which was done with bodytite (my belly)
- no painkiller was needed at all, the pain is bearable, like after a strong workout. 5 days post op even much less, almost one 1 week post op
- boobs were first little hard and after 4 days they have started to be very sensitive. No real pain tho.
- today (7 days post op) I guess swelling on boobs started to diminish. It is only a minor change yet, hard to recognize but one of my boobs looks smaller than the other, so I can tell.
- I was driving and was running errands on day 6 post op. It was very slow and very tiring but doable. I hope I did not overdo it..
So that is all I guess for now.. tomorrow I suppose to take a short flight (1 hour) and then go to a party at the Oktoberfest in Munich.. I'm not sure if I could/should do it.. I don't feel 100%, I feel kind of fragile, and also I'm afraid people will kick me accidentally.. my doc said I can do it, I even can drink a little alcohol if I want to. But I read in a lot of reviews that alcohol consuming is not at all advised for a long while.. so I won't. I want to do everything to keep my little fat cells right where they were put :).
PS.Some new photos are attached

2 days post op photos

I expected much more fat transferred to the top of the boobs.. I'm totally afraid to think of that 40% of the transferred fat will not remain and my boobs will look like before op. That feels like a lot of discomfort (and money) for nothing.. but let's hope for the best and stay positive. It is only 2 days out yet..

2 days post op - 240cc and 230cc transferred

It was funny to read my very first review, cause I have written it right after my surgery, still under the affect of the sedation :) . That was a really nice evening and night tho, I experienced zero pain and was really happy to be out of the procedure.
After the op my husband was driving us to our hotel and vomiting was not avoidable. It must have been the combination of sedition and the curvy driving, but all the liquid I drank after I woke up from the sedation came out. But right then it it was such a relief, I felt clean (oh well, inside) and much more awake. The night went really well, I could eat a few pieces of french fries and slept all right without any meds.
The next day I had a very short control by my doc's office - a minus point for my doc that he was not there anymore (on vacay) so his colleague took a look at the scars and overall situation. Personally I think it is important that you can follow up with your own doc right next day after surgery, cause there are a questions regarding the surgery etc. Of course his colleague did the necessary physical control, but I was disappointed not to be able to talk about the surgery. Also I did not know beforehand that my doc will not be there right next day. The second control 6 days post op will be done also with the same colleague so I will still have to wait till the third control, when finally I can ask the doctor who did my surgery about how things went. Anyway.
The first day after the control and driving home was all right, except that a tearing pain has started to evolve every time I have changed position. Standing up, getting out of the car, sitting down or getting up from laying position is no fun anymore. It is not a very bad pain, on a 10 scale I would say 5 but it is pain. I took Ibuprofen by my doc's prescription, and that definitely helps. I took it also cause it helps with inflammation.
The night was not good this time at all, regarding sleeping. I think I just can not do too much laying, relaxing the whole day, and my legs are making me crazy. I have restless legs since I was pregnant and that is really bad when you need to rest a lot. I am sleeping 1 hour, then up for 2 hours, and more or less this goes on the whole night. I definitely prefer walking over laying, I just do not want to overdo it, but moving around is a good feeling at the lipo sites.
In my boobs I do not feel much yet, no pain, rather a very little pressure, they are not stone hard to touch but definitely harder then before.
Concerns:
I have heard that the doc was only able to harvest 500cc fat from my inner thighs and knees (the belly was done with bodytite thus not useful fat), so 240cc and 230cc was transferred into my breasts. My main concern before surgery was the upper boobs so I specifically wanted to put as much as possible there. But as I looked at my boobs after surgery they don't seem to be much fuller on the top, but fuller in general. I am totally afraid that not much fat will retain after the 3 month period that they say is close to the final look. All the reviews I see here talk about minimum 400cc in each breasts and the loosing a lot after like 3 weeks post op, and 230cc sounds just incredibly little to achieve any visible result. I guess time will tell..
Also I am wondering how much slimmer the inner thighs will be, cause so far in my compressions garment there is no difference - I assume (and hope) due to swelling. My belly is pretty swollen as well, but I do not feel much at my knees. I even can cross my legs if I want to, no pain, no pressure.
I upload now before pictures and 2 days post op pics come today after I showered.
Meds I take by prescription:
Cefuroxim 500 - antibiotics
Pantoprazol 20mg - for stomach acids
Ibuprofen 400 - painkiller and for inflammation
