6 weeks update

So today is 6 weeks post op and all is healing well still! I’ve maybe lost a tiny bit on the upper pole and some of the projection but this is only a small loss. Breasts are still even, fuller feeling and looking much better than before. Also feeling very natural, I did have the tight tuberous bands released during the fat transfer, so feel this has helped the results also. I’ve recently started taking small amounts of caffeine again and the occasional drink of alcohol, and tomorrow I’ll resume the gym. I also don’t smoke so I feel this has all helped me hold onto the results. I’ve been using mederma on the scars and the lipo sights are still a bit red from the allergic reaction but this has gone down well. For now I’m just going to start slowly on lower body at the gym, and core! Hoping to get toned up again soon

Fat Transfer to Breast and Nipple Correction/reduction of Tuberous Breasts

Sharing this as I know how helpful these before and afters can be when deciding to go ahead for surgery. I am now a month post op of fat transfer to the breasts, and nipple correction. I am so happy with the results so far! Using only my lower stomach and flanks, we got just under 100ml in my larger breast and about 130ml in the smaller. I had consultations with many surgeons, but Dr Pieri is the only one who really listened, didn’t try to change my mind to implants and made me feel so at ease. Best thing I’ve done! Dr Pieri is kind and truly amazing

So my biggest issue was with having mild tuberous breasts it had caused puffy nipples and always felt insecure in the bedroom. I explained I wanted a natural result without implant maintenance, and that the nipples were my biggest insecurity. I don’t mind being small but any increase would be nice, although now I wish we took more but that’s me just being greedy haha! But Dr Pieri respected the areas I wished to use, the legs were a no for me and still would be. I felt my lower body is a thicker frame than my upper, so just wanted to feel more in proportion, so we agreed on the fat transfer. There was a wait, but I didn’t mind especially when it comes to surgery, a good surgeon you trust is important. In the past I had a botched operation on my ears back in 2019 so I made sure to get it right this time

My surgery was around 3.5 hours in total with the fat injection through the nipple incisions so no scars!

I did get swelling, bruising and a mild allergic reactions to the sutures (treated with antihistamines). However these are all going down well.

The pain to me was very manageable with just paracetamol. The hardest thing for me was resting, as I went to the gym nearly every day before and have now lost some muscle, but it’s worth waiting it out to not ruin my results. I got used to sleeping on my back and still try to so I don’t put pressure on the breasts (not good for fat cell survival). I am also eating a lot of healthy fats like salmon, avocado and making sure I eat regular to help with the survival. I have always been on a clean diet anyways. (Yuka app is amazing). Taking in pure clean vitamins (no bulkers etc). Manuka honey, organic fruit and veg. Just trying to reduce any inflammation in my body as a whole for a great immune system.

My breasts are so much fuller, especially when leaning over, and it has already made me feel like a woman/less shame in myself. Having slimmed down flanks is making my bum pop more too! A small change but it has really made a difference. Just hoping I hold onto the fat well for full recovery! I have gained a little bit more from sitting healing but will get toned up again once I can!

I’ll update again around the 3 months mark!
