UK Breast Fat Transfer/Fat Transfer to Breast and Nipple Correction/reduction of Tuberous Breasts using liposuction

First photo is 2 days post op. Rest are 2 weeks post op. Focused on using upper abdomen fat this time and got around 80ml per breast on top of what I already achieved in the first surgery - nearly 200ml per breast over the 2 surgeries. My sides curve in lovely now. Incisions are in same place on the lower stomach and through the nipples again. Nipple sensation was not effected this time so I have full sensation still. Bruising of breasts was minimal, however stomach suffered the most bruising this time due to bleeding during surgery which was controlled at the time. The bruising faded quick with the compression with some minimal areas to fade still. Pain was manageable after recovery and I’ve been resting the last 2 weeks and will continue to do so until I’m ready to be fully active again. Eating healthy and keeping hydrated. Still sleeping on my back to prevent damaging the new fat grafts. Stomach has more healing to do as it has some hardness near the bleeding area as well as some swollen areas/line - Dr Pieri has been great and doesn’t dismiss any concerns I have. Will update again at the 6 weeks mark, then the 3 month again. Breasts are looking great at 2 weeks so I’m hoping the fat grafts heal like the last surgery and hold most of what’s there

I’ve been so happy with my breasts 10 months post op and the results remained well - I have decided to go ahead with a top up procedure using further fat from my upper abdomen which I will update further progress for. I have been very happy with my results, but I would like to smooth out some more fat from my upper abdomen and not to waste it, so I will be having the same procedure again. I’ve been feeling much more confident in myself and I believe I found the best surgeon for this

Just to show my results at 3 months. Nothing has really changed which I’m happy about! Nipple sensation is still the same (Left is sensitive. Right has lost sensitivity - but I’m fine with this). Scars are healing well and still using mederma on them
