Fat Transfer to Breast and Liposuction
WORTH IT
I am 8 weeks post op fat transfer to the breast and liposuction with Dr. Bednar. I had Breast Implant Illness and explanted 600cc saline implants in 2019. I had bottomed out with the implants and only had them for 2 years. Explanting left me not being able to fill out a bra correctly. I actually cried the first time I went to try on bras at Victoria's Secret because I couldn't find one that would fit. After much research, I chose to have a fat transfer with Dr. Bednar. He was able to transfer 500 ccs into each breast! I am so happy with the results and what he was able to achieve with one round! I probably don't need a round 2, but I have one scheduled with him for later this year! I now understand the meaning behind "boob greed"! I wish I would have known about Dr. Bednar and fat transfer before I got implants! I do not miss the implants. They were so heavy and fat feels nothing like them (in a good way). Definitely not as heavy!
I am also beyond thrilled with my liposuction results!! I was worried it might make my cellulite worse, but it has actually done the complete opposite! My cellulite has not returned thus far. I have gotten a few lymphatic drainage massages, a myofascial release massage, and I use a foam roller daily! He took fat from my flanks, outer thighs, and back of legs. It looks like he gave me a butt lift, but he did not. He only did liposuction around it with fat transfer only to my breasts!
The hardest part has been sleeping on my back. The liposuction was the most painful part of the procedure post op for the first month (mainly with having to pull up the stage two compression garment over the lipo sites). I tend to bruise easily and definitely had some bruising for the first month!
His wife, Sylvia, the staff and nurses are all amazing and have been so helpful! I flew from out of state, stayed at one of the hotels his staff recommends, and there was a Whole Foods walking distance from the hotel. I am looking forward to round 2 and plan on adding Fat Transfer to tear trough and lips as well! I hope to see Blue and Jasper at my next surgery (Dr. Bednar's two Frenchies)!

Regarding your before and after bra shots unfortunately it's very difficult to get any idea the actual results. I do think it's understandable if you feel uncomfortable posting topless photos. Although I would be happy in theory to post a review about my own breast fat transfer, I've not done so because inevitably people would request photos.
