3 Months Out
So here I am with my second update, I am currently 5 months out, but wanted to update to my 3 months journey. :)
As I have already stated below, the three months were very tough for me because of a lot of private issues... :-(( So I was not as focussed on my breasts as on my first FT journey. I did not measure every week nor did I took photos every week. I tried to trust in the process as I had a lot of other things going on in my mind..
What I hated most was of course the sleeping on the back for 4 weeks and the garment for 6 weeks. I hated to be all time worried that something hits my breasts coincidentally. Or that I am too active, jiggly and so on. Its not an easy recovery psychologically but I already knew that:)
Pain was really no problem at all! I was back at work after only one week.
My scars are even smaller than the first time around. Obviously Dr Atilla has now even better tools for the liposuction part :) The ones on my breast did vanish immediately. The once on my belly are very light already as well. And the others are healing very good, too.
I have no oil cycsts or whatsoever! My breast are very soft and jiggly. I love them very much!!
The liposuction parts are very good as well. My waist is smaller -again; I got rid of my little belly pouch - I really love how flat and defined my tummy is now - even though I was not into fitness the last months!! My arms are a little bit more defined, my calves as well. I have a little indent on the right side of my inner leg and a little little one on my stomach as well. Both are barely noticeable at all, as you can see in my pictures. I am massaging and taking serrapeptase to make them dissolve better. If this is not working I am sure Dr Atilla will help me with that. :) I know he is doing laser treatment to strengthen the tissue and breaking it off! :)
To come to the most important part: My retention is very good again! If you compare my AFTER 2 WEEKS to my AFTER 3 MONTHS you nearly see no difference- but in swelling and shape. :)
I am soo amazed by that. I am very, very happy and finally my Bikinis fit even better. I cant put in words how thankful I am - again! I see no changes since month 3.. ! Dr Atila is really a magican in my eyes!
The first time around I went from a 32B to a small 32D (400ml per side) and I am now confidentially wearing a full 32DD (~290 and 340ml per side).
For the recovery I took a lot of arginine to boost my nitric oxide, which bring oxygen into new cells - The most important part of the process. I ate many greens as well, as they provide a lot of oxygen, too. I ate a lot, so I had enough calories - I have gained 1,5kg in the process. ^^ But well.. That was the case after my first surgery as well. Other than that I was cautious to not do to much activities and .. yes, thats it! :)
I will post another update after 6 months or so, when I have visited Dr Atila again. :)
All in all the 2nd time around was extremly comfortable. Maybe because I was not as much attached to the retention as the first time, because I was already confident enough with having some breasts. The procedure was now about having just a little extra push to that, so my expectations were not as high as well. I think this helped very much too. I will never understand how anyone curses their body with taking silicone. The Fat Transfer went so smoothly. Now after 2 FTs I really have great breasts which fit my frame perfectly. They are MINE. I dont need to worry about anything. They jiggle, they are authentic. It is such a great feeling! Also my whole body has more contour, I now have a very defined hourglass shape.
I can not emphazise enough, how thankful I am for that possibility, for this great transformation and especially for Dr Atilas Work!! All my respect and gratitude to him! )

2nd Fat Transfer to Breast/Germany
Hey everyone! :)
Today I want to write my review about my 2nd fat transfer to breast with Dr Atila from Germany! :)
As I already said a few times before, I was always thinking about a 2nd FT after my first one. Not because I was not satisfied, but because I was greedy :-) I am and was still very happy with the outcome of my first Transfer. I gained minimum one more Cup (from 32B to 32C/D) which is amazing, because finally my Bikinis looked much better and also my bras were fitting great. But as I already mentioned, I feel like the first FT gave me some breasts. Like before I had nothing and the first FT gave me the experience of actually having breasts, so I had a reason to wear a bra and so on. I was going from no titties to average titties for my frame :) Which is fantastic!!! But I wanted more.. :-) And Dr. Atila is such a great surgeon, the experience was really great with him, so I decided to go for a 2nd round.
He made me a very good price, lower than my first FT, so I thought, why not? Especially because this time he wanted to scim also my belly and my arms, which was amazing, because this is a big extra for me as I felt like I now was gaining more in these areas after my first round. As I am only 27yrs and have no kids, I of course worried that maybe I will regret this as soon as I will have kids. But who knows?! Maybe my breasts get even bigger with pregnancy.. Maybe I dont event want kids? And most important for me: I try to live NOW, because you never know what tomorrow brings (you see it currently with the C-Virus...).
My surgery was on the 16.01., I am 27yrs old, 167cm and was 57/58kg on the surgery date :) I was the first client! Which was amazing, as I hated to be the last one with the frist surgery .. The surgery was only 2 hours. After the surgery I was freezing very bad again and I didn't like that the nurses made not the time to get me into the garment correctly. When I woke up, I had the garment only around my legs, like they didnt make the time to put me correctly into the garmet. I was worried because of this and asked to get me into the garmet correctly now, which they then did. But not in a very sensitive way. This was the only thing on my 2nd journey, which I did not like.
I was taken to a room with another lady, who was very nice and kind and we had a great time together as far as we were able to have fun with our nausea :) But I had no big pain at all. The lipo areas were hurting more than the breasts and I felt very uncomfortable as you are always worried to put too much pressure on the breasts. But I already knew this from the first time...
So Dr Atila visited us the next day and he said, that he got 340ml in the left breast (smaller one) and 290ml in the right. He said my breast tissue was not loose enough to put in more fat, even though he still had some fat left to put into as he was able to get rid of a little bit under 1 L fat again! He skimmed my arms, my inner legs, my front legs, my waist and my belly + designed a little more muscle definition to it, so my belly looks even more muscular than before! :) All in all he made my dream come true.. :-)
The time after the surgery was very bad for me, as my two bunnies got sick and one even died one month after my surgery. So my healing process was totally tough and I had such a bad time! Still cant believe this and I am very sad because of this. Thats also why I did not do this review already before, as the whole 3 months were really exhausting for me... :( I also worried about my fat retention often because of the bad stress I had. But there were more important things for me in this time.. My healing process could not have been harder for me, but well, it is what it is...
All in all I can tell you now, is that nevertheless my retention is GREAT! And its like a wonder for me. I am a 32DD (70 E) now, 3 month later... :-))))) I went from 91cm (35 inches) to 93cm (36 inches)
I will write a 2nd Update soon to tell you more details about my journey, what I did during the three month process, to which things I paid attention and so on. :) But to make a long story short: The 2nd FT was a BIG BIG success for me again! :-) And I could not be happier.. :)
