Three Week Post Op

So last Tuesday made it three weeks since I had my procedure. I started wearing my Spanish and waisted trainer. I occasionally wear my garment to sleep. During week two, I started my scar treatment. I removed my stitches after my showers whenever they became a bit loose. I used arnica once or twice but it made me skin feel weird so I stopped using it. During week two I went on a four mile walk which wasn’t bad. Felt good to go out and move. I have been using biofreeze every now and then and it makes my Lipo areas feel much better. Most of my bras are from Walmart which is pretty great. I am loving the shape of my Boobs.

One Week Post Up
Yay!
Yesterday was my one week post op. Everything is going pretty smoothly.
Started wearing my spanxs and trainer.
Swelling still present but I can get up a bit quicker today(day 8) than before. Progress!
Finished my steroids. Still taking some other meds.
Love sending my hubby boobie pics now that I have something to show lol.
Can’t wait for them to settle a little more.

Were you able to move around pretty good 1 week out?
Amazing so far but to try and help all the readers have realistic expectations of what fat transfer can achieve.. She is not 3-4 months post op yet. So her breasts will decrease in size quite a lot between now and then. Just trying to help the new users who are still researching :)

Six Day post-op
Well since I couldn’t wait lol, I will post a six day post op. I bought a couple garments before I went for my procedure to do some before and after a with. Today is a LG Victoria Secrets swim top. I am loving the side boob and the cleavage.
Just a reminder, I had 640cc in each breast and I started at a 32B.
Lipo-
Braising has finally come in. Didn’t see it before. But I’ve been applying Arnicare daily. At least once a day of not twice. And I’ve also been taking my arnica tablets. Will stop wearing my recovery garment stage one tomorrow because it is pretty uncomfortable and i will be putting on some spanks/ under armor tights and waisted trainer! Woopie. Really want my waist to be trimmed and the swelling to be reduced.
