When I first met Dr.Doumit in 2019 and he was super nice. He even shook my moms hand in the waiting room. We went over all the details for an explant and a lipofilling of the breasts. I had a big C / small D cup.
The surgery went well, but after a couple of days I had some concerns regarding the amount of fluids coming out of the puncture holes and also about my drains. I had an emergency number but the line was disconnected. I called numerous times and also called the clinic number (always got the answering machine). This was really frustrating and scary.
On my 1 week follow up appointment Dr. Doumit seemed in a rush. I told him about the emergency line being disconnected and it might be one of the reason why his attitude seemed different from the first time we met. My lipo looked good even though I was really bruised and that my puncture holes were still leaking a lot. My breasts looked natural and I was overall happy with everything.
I was still wearing my 36 C bras and the lipo on the front and insides of the thighs, flanks and a little bit on the lower abdomen looked good. After 3 months my breasts started deflating a lot to a B cup.
I am not sure how much fat my breasts retained but I am pretty disappointed of how empty they look on the top part. I am thinking of a second lipofilling but I had a baby this year and I don’t how much time I have to wait after breastfeeding and it is sooo expensive!! I still have a ‘line’ in my lower abdomen, as if the fat was cut into two parts and Dr.Doumit assured me it would go away after 6 months to a year (it didn’t). Also it is written that the puncture holes are approximately 4 mm but you should expect 10 mm and I also asked to remove the fat from behind my arms but was told it was impossible.
