Dr. Betuzzi was the consummate professional whilst also being warm and genuinely interested in what I was hoping would be my outcomes. She listened, was detailed in her explanations of the proceedure and what it would entail. She made me feel comfortable and well informed. I felt confident that my procedure was in good hands.
My nurse Bridgett was also lovely, professional and available for questions promptly post-procedure.
