2 years post fat transfer face update and second round post fat transfer to breast

I am so happy with my results for both my face and breast, I finally have the natural breast I've always wanted all my life! I had no issues with any of the procedures doctor bednar did. I do have to note that I am 8 pounds heavier then I was at the time of surgery.

I feel like the swelling has gone down a bit and I've most liked lost some of the tumescent fluid. They feel super jiggly and bounce when I walk lol. That never was when I had those silicone bags inside me!

Congratulations on your results, you look beautiful. I had my procedure yesterday with the same doctor, but he did lipo my abdomen (which has always been my problem area). Curious at to which areas you had lipo on? Thanks.
So pretty! Just to try and help all the readers have realistic expectations of what fat transfer can achieve.. She is not 3-4 months post op yet. So her breasts will decrease in size quite a lot between now and then. Just trying to help the new users who are still researching :)

Facial fat transfer: Love my face, I no longer look beat and tired!
Let me start by saying that I never once thought about doing anything to my face until I found Dr. Bednar. I initially inquired about fat transfer to the breast to fix the concave issue after explant. After doing research and watching all of his informative YouTube videos about stem cell and fat transfer and joining the Facebook group to see all the other girls results I was sold! He makes everything look so natural and plain beautiful! He sure gave me my confidence back! He is amazing, his entire office is outstanding, his wife answers all questions and addresses concerns at any given time of the day. (bless her) I couldn't ask for a better experience!
I only asked for my nasolabial folds done and whatever else he thinks I needed, which I didn't even think it was much until he pointed out the collagen loss on the cheeks which makes your face droop and around the jawline. When I woke up from surgery I had no idea what was done besides the cheeks and nasolabial folds but when I saw the paper that he mapped out he did my under eye troughs which was a big time WOW! The best thing is that it's your own fat and stem cell so it till hold me over for years to come! I am so thrilled and beyond happy to have found Dr. Bednar.
