1 year after last breast fat transfer after explant - DD cup

ORIGINAL POST

Amazing Experience and More Amazing Results

WORTH IT
It has been one full year since my last fat transfer surgery by Dr. Bednar and I am extremely happy with my results!
He did my explant surgery and put 300ccs to build a foundation in Feb 2018. In September 2018 I went to another surgeon for a second ft and ended up losing all the fat transferred (400ccs) due to severe fat necrosis and was small B large A cup.
In June 2020 and Feb 2021, Dr. Bednar did two more fat transfers and my current size is 32DD one year after the surgeries.
Dr. Bednar, Sylvia and all their staff are very kind, caring, and empathetic, the entire experience was exceptional. I would recommend them any time any day and I would do it again in a heart beat.

such drastic differences in fat retention between your previous surgeon and Dr. Bednar.

do you think it had anything to do with the surgeon's technique? or something else?
Thank you! Yes I think the technique made the difference.
Probably free form silicone injections.
It seems like a lot of his patients end up with a lot of fat lumps in your breasts. Have you experienced that?
No I don’t have lumps from Dr. Bednar’s transfers.
That’s basically a miracle!
Where did you get that information from? Was this from patients on realself?
Did you have to pay full price for each fat transfer ?
They have a discount for returning fat transfer patients.
Who in the world would want to return. Lol.
Hi! Where was the fat taken from?
Did you get lumps and bumps from the fat necrosis?
