Hi emcgra; Thank you for continued posting and photos. You have such a lovely, graceful result and the scars are fading away so nicely. I am curious how they do he lift and then add fat. I understand how both procedures are done, but once the Dr. does the lift, it seems like the skin would be pulled tight and therefore difficult to add much fat. So does the surgeon do the lift but leave excess skin instead of pulling it all firmly (creating a somewhat saggy deflated balloon) and then filling the space with fat? I did not think that a lift with fat transfer could be done, so your procedure is very exciting to see and follow; especially for those who need the lift but don’t want a foreign object inside of their body. Please do post each month If you are able so we can follow your progress and retention. It is so helpful. Yours is the first lift with fat transfer that I have seen. You really do have a beautiful breast and body result. Best Wishes!

I am now at 6 weeks. I do not feel completely healed, my breast still have some pain and my lipo areas sore. If I have overdone it I feel really sore.
I am pleased with my results so far. I like the shape of my breast and the size. I am hoping they will stay about this size. My nipples still seem to be in shock.

Wow! Things are looking really good for you. Sorry you are still sore. The incisions are healing nicely and the scar is really small and seems to be fading and a really nice shape. Lipo on the back looks great. Congrats!

Wow, you look good. I wish I knew about the fat transfer 11 yrs ago . I would definitely choose fat transfer over breast implants.

I am still feeling pretty good. My nipples are very sore and sensitive. My back is still swollen where fat was removed.

Did the doc ever suggest a back board? I’ve seen a few women post those, but wasn’t sure.

Hi! Things look great for you. How do you feel? I have my surgery in less than 2 weeks I had my prep op yesterday. I feel really scared right now. I’m getting a lift, implant removal and fat transfer from back to breast. Soooo worried about recovery. When did you feel like you didn’t need pain meds?

Hey! I had my surgery on aug 6. I’m 12 weeks post op. I finally posted a review with some pictures. I’m really happy with how things are turning out and am finally starting to feel pain free:)
