Awake Fat Transfer to Breast

I’m now almost 2 years post fat transfer to breast. I would say I have retained about a quarter or less of the transferred 300cc/per breast. I have however been lifting weights/going through a general body recomp and although my weight is holding steady from my last review, my breasts have reduced in size due to loosing fat and gaining muscle. This isn't a surprise to me and was expected. I have always been very flat chested and I knew that a fat transfer wouldn’t have a great chance at success in one round as you need a “base” for the new fat to make its home and I was completely flat with almost zero breast tissue prior to my first transfer. Now that I have a “base” I am planning on a second round with dr Gruber in the future.
I am however extremely pleased with my lipo donor sites!! My legs have become the most beautiful part of my body, I seriously love them. There are no lumps or irregularities and the scaring is almost completely invisible. I’ve always had thicker legs and knees but they are gorgeous now and the #1 reason why I chose Dr Gruber over another surgeon; I wanted my lipo sites to look amazing even if the fat transfer didn’t take very well. This is exactly what happened and although my breasts have shrunk down almost completely, my legs are stunning

I had awake fat transfer to breast with my knees/legs being the lipo donor sites. I’m now 10 weeks out post op and I’m very happy with my results! I had very small deflated breasts with drooping nipples after breastfeeding my five children and was around a 30AA… basically as flat as you can get but also very stretched out/deflated. I didn’t have terribly high expectations going in as I’ve always been flat chested, but I just wanted to be filled out a little so that I didn’t feel deformed. I retained probably around half of the 300ccs transferred to each breast and it is enough to fill me out so that I no longer look saggy and sad, but instead have nicely shaped perky (yet still small) breasts. I’m probably a small 32A/30B now and currently weigh 125 which is 5lb less than what I weighed at time of surgery. My legs are a bonus as I’ve always had thicker legs/knees and now they look shapely and sexy. The lipo is very smooth and has no lumps or irregularities. Overall I’m very pleased with the outcome!
