Consultation Review: Just Your Average Plastic Surgeon

Went in for a consultation for breast fat transfer. Let’s just say it was a terrible experience ! I walked out feeling absolutely horrible about my body. When I told her what I was looking for. She took a look at my body, measured my breasts and asked where did I think the fat would come from. I answered with where ever is best and she went into how I need an arm lift, tummy tuck, breast lift and liposuction. Mind you I was only asking about making my breasts fuller. I know that doing that would not make my breasts the perky and firm 22 year old breasts I once had. I’m realistic in knowing my breasts will have a fall to them just wanted a little more volume up top. I didn’t tell her what I did for my profession because I work as a surgical technician with other plastic surgeons. I knew once she started talking other procedures that she is in it for the money and not for the person. I understand making suggestions but she made me feel like I had a terrible body that needed a total makeover. When it comes to plastic surgeons you want someone who is an artist and helps mold you into what would make you feel good. She was more like the text book plastic surgeon. With all that being said if you want an average surgeon with average work this is the surgeon for you otherwise keep searching.
