WORTH IT
Top photo is after explant and BEFORE fat transfer.
Bottom pic is after fat transfer. :) I am so happy with my results. My scars are starting to lighten and I feel great! No regrets! I have real boobs now. Eeek!

You have such great results! Congrats! Any recovery tips you'd recommend? I'm getting the surgery on Friday.
How has your heeling gone? Have you retained all of it? Any necrosis?
They look great! I am thinking of doing this too. How are you now? Please share updates

5 weeks (as of yesterday) post op :)

I am very happy! I *might* have a small revision to add more fat behind the nipples so they aren't sunken in as much near the bottom...but it was absolutely worth it after just one round. They look soooo much better than they did before the transfer.

So happy for you! I'm debating the same procedure for the same reason. Are you still satisfied after three months?
Yes! Very happy! I will add some update pics when I get home later.
Happy to hear it!! Thanks for the update!

Quick update!

A couple side update pics. Bruising is basically gone everywhere. Breasts are sore still and I am still a little swollen where I had the lipo. But I feel great! Hoping I can keep most of this volume. Will continue to update. :)

Thanks for posting this update! I will be following your journey:)
Were you able to keep your piercings in during the surgery? I've been worried about having to take mine out, mine close up extremely fast if they're out for more than an hour even though they've been pierced for 3 years
I did, but I put them in a day after surgery. I used a taper tool, look it up...so helpful in getting jewelry back in! I won't go without it! I had only had mine pierced for a few months before the surgery. :)
* I did not* keep the jewelry in for the surgery
