It took very long time to decide to get this done because of the cost performance, and the negative perspective to the plastic surgery. The deciding factor was after spending entire life taking care of my two sons and my husband, I wanted to spend money on myself. Also, my husband's negative comments on my figure was too harsh and I was not able to take it any longer. The photos are before and 2 month after. There are still some swelling is left on the 2month pictures.

Hello, all,
I was surprised to see the comments as many as I received.
I will respond to some of the questions:
Two pics are after, and two pics are before. The change is subtle but cup size went up from 36B before to 36D after. It filled the upper half of the breast. I believe 350cc on the right and 375cc on the left were transferred. My breasts were small and did not take more fat than that volume, unfortunately.
I have lost weight 10lbs since then, by working out and changing eating habit. I am keeping the volume as 34 D.
It seems my comments about my husband created some swift here. Thank you for the concerns you all have expressed thinking of me. I have not left my husband. Instead, I am working to find myself. I was a mother and a housewife for over 20 years, and buried in the time raising the children and let the days go by hoping something miracle happens to change my aimless days. I lost my passion for anything and maybe I was depressed. I realized that this had to change.
Plastic surgery itself was not really my thing. I have done it hoping my husband becomes quiet. No, unfortunately, he did not. Like many of you commented, the difference is subtle. So, he is frustrated as well after spending a good money. Thankfully, by going through this procedure, I am able to see the women's desire to be pretty/beautiful through a different lens. I realized that no one brings the miracle, I am the one need to find my authentic life, and make it happen.
I will take care of that first and will deal with the situation with my husband.

There was nothing wrong with your body before the process. Your husband is miserable and trying to bring you down with him by making you feel self conscious about yourself. I pray you find peace. You are a mother, but you are not dead. Have fun!!!! Life is to short.

You are amazing! We are all struggling to find our inner strength and beauty. I struggle with my appearance as I grow older. Most of us do. You are a Warrior to be honest about yourself and your relationships. Struggle is a necessary part of depth. You are incredibly wise to see it starts and ends with you. You only have control over yourself. Remember to praise yourself for being courageous, intelligent, introspective, and beautiful. Here's to you creating the life you richly deserve!

Hi there you look great!! Im tinking of doing this im having an explant(removing my breast implants) so i will have extra skin taken off of corse but am on the fence about the fat transfer. Ive heard that lot of times it doesnt last . What did your doctor tell you about this part? and has it lasted so far or do you see it dimenishing? thanks so much !!

If you are happy with the results keep this in mind .We can all want to please our partners.But hiw long can we keep or should do this.Yiu deserve to look and feel good for you.Apart from being a mum and probably great one and you are as woman to .Keep up making the right descions .With work try some free on line courses and volunteering .If you can one afternoon or morning .Helps mental wellbeing and steps towards work etc .Best wishes ))

You should post a side by side for comparison from before and after. After looking quite closer, I think I can see the fullness/volume/plump afterwards now. Enjoy those lovely results! As for your husband follow your heart. Hang in there.

I have mixed up some stats I have posted on 11/6/2020. I could not find the way to correct the original post. Sorry for the confusion it may cause. the correct information is: The change is subtle but cup size went up from 36B before to full 36C after. It filled the upper half of the breast. I believe 375cc on the right and 350cc on the left were transferred.

We're you professionally sized before and after? Looking at the before and after, I don't see any differences? Are the pictures mislabeled by chance? I know very few are lucky to get up to 2 cup size increase but most end up with 1/2 to a cup if that in the end. Was it a painful procedure? Thanks for sharing your experience with BFT with us.

I was not professionally sized. The size is by my purchase from the same brand comparison.
You are correct that cup increase is 1/2 - 1 cup only usually by BFT.
Increase of mine is mainly at upper half and difficult to show. I think 2 procedure will bring more satisfactory results.
The pain was controlled with proper medication. I was more got tired of wearing the garment after the liposuction.

After going back and looking at the pictures, I can see they are fuller on top. You're right you could go for another round if looking to go larger. I know Dr. Bednar is a top BFT Dr. but has an extremely long wait. However he can get ladies up to 2 cups size difference. Good luck.

Thanks for your comments on my figure being criticized. I agree with you that he is projecting his insecurity on me. I hope he get over with it someday. I have been a typical Asian mom whose mission was to consume myself in taking care of the children and the head of the house for many years. I am working to get back myself and be stronger and am learning to take care of myself. Getting this procedure done has given me the totally different perspective, especially toward plastic surgery itself, I have never I thought I would have.
