6.5-month update

TillySwiss
WORTH IT$8,000
Updating to say that my weight, measurements, and results are exactly the same as they were at the 3.5-month mark. I have gained (an unfortunate) 5 lbs since my surgery, but I've never looked this good at this weight - my breasts are full and my legs are slimmer than they would otherwise be.

I'm still a full D (maybe even a DD) cup size, and I'm measuring 36" across (up from 33" and a small B). My lipo scars are barely visible (a relief because I tend to form keloid scars), and I have no lumps. Although my breasts sag the way you'd expect them to (I did not have a lift), they are full and pretty and I'm really really happy with them.

I would do it all over again for sure.

Hi! I’m curious as to how much volume you have lost? Did you opt out of also doing a lift? I’m going to have lift for sure..I’d prefer FT

I lost a little less than half of the fact that was injected - is that what you mean by volume?
February 19, 2021
Yes, I opted out of a lift

How long before the bumps worked themselves out looks really smooth now. You look great btw! Also how long were you swollen?

I'm so sorry but I don't remember at all! Now that's it's been over a year, the recovery all seems like it happened super fast, and I can't recall exactly when things happened. Apologies!

Looking back at my notes, all I know for sure is that the lumps were gone by the 3-month mark

Before and after

TillySwiss
Wanted to add two more before and after pics. And also mention that I did zero massage or supplements or anything else. All bruising and puckering and everything went away on their own. I wouldn't waste money or time on any of that stuff. My doctor said to sleep on my back for a few weeks, wear the garment for a couple weeks and not work out or wear a bra for about a month and that's literally all I did. Easy peasy.

Well, your breast look perfect! I love them and I hope they are still holding the same size!

Thank you so much!

Hi Gorgeous! Can I ask you a question? If yes, I wanted to know if your doctor told you how much he would be able to inject in each breast before the surgery? I ask because my breasts look a little like yours, but one doctor told me that he would only put about 260 cc in each. Hope you are still keeping those precious fats!
November 13, 2020
He did not know ahead of time. But was optimistic when I told him how big they got when I was nursing. But said he could make no guarantees until he for into surgery. He told me that 50% would stick around so he would aim to get double the size I wanted. I wanted the equivalent of a 425 implant, and he said he would get a close as he could but was doubtful he could put 900 in each breast.

Such an honest opinion (and good results) from the doctor. Thank you so much for responding- so kind of you... not sure why many doctors say only 250 ish cc is doable... Still looking for a doctor. I am based in Europe!

I hope the lumps on your stomach are gone or disappearing by now.

My lumps are gone! Thanks so much for your kind words and best of luck!

That’s very good to hear! And no lumps or oil cysts in your breast since you didn’t mention it in your updates?
November 14, 2020
No lumps whatsoever in my breasts. In fact the liposuction areas where really the only things that hurt or had lumps. My breasts had no pain or lumps from day 1. Just swelling and of course they got a bit smaller over time. But they look and feel completely natural and normal.

Good for you- you give me (and I hope all other women out there) lots of hope that it will work out the same way for me... Lots of love to you! And thank you for taking the time to answer these questions!

3.5-month update - still happy!

TillySwiss
I'm 3.5 months (13.5 weeks) out from my surgery and am still quote happy. Here are my before and after stats:

Weight: from 123-128 lbs (eating like crazy and had broken foot)
Bust: from 33"-36"
Band below bust: remains at 31"
Cup size: from small B to full D
Waist: from 29"-28"
Fullest part of thighs: from 22"-21"

So I managed to gain 5 lbs and have my clothes fit better and my boobs look sexier - super satisfied with that.

Now would I go bigger - yep. Sure would. It's really a modest change that most people won't notice on me, especially because I have a wider waist and I'm still 43 years old with 3 pregnancies so they droop of course. But it's a big overall improvement that I notice and appreciate every day. Husband too. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
