5 1/2 weeks - Beach vacation
WORTH IT$10,500
SO happy as I lay here on my first beach vacation since the fat transfer 5 1/2 weeks ago. My results have seemed stable the last couple weeks. I was measured for bras at 4 weeks Victoria’s Secret. I was a 32 C before - but always padded, as my breasts settled and only filled the bottom of unpadded bras. I now measure a 32 DDD, which is hard for me to believe. They don’t look that big to me, but think VS sizing is skewed. Either way, I can wear beautiful lace bras, unlined and fill them! And the difference in a bathing suit is everything for me. I’ll post before and after pics and you can see the empty, wrinkled, stretched breast tissue and the full.
My volume had doubled by measurement on my doc’s computer scans at 4 weeks.

3 weeks
Three weeks tomorrow and feeling largely back to normal. Cannot wait to run again, but still holding off a bit until I feel the decrease in breast size has plateaued. Still so so happy with the change and all absolutely worth it! Much less swollen, bruising is gone, and really enjoyed 2 lymphatic massages i’ve had in the last 10
days.
days.

Wondered if you’ve exercised yet? Also did your doctor say no alcohol for 3 months?
Yes, I’ve been running 3 days a week since 4 weeks post op. He didn’t mention anything about alcohol, but I didn’t drink much before - maybe one or 2 drinks a month. Still very happy with my results!
I hope the doctor told you not to do any cardio for at least 3 months post procedure. I just had the same thing done on March 20. You can do light exercise aiming for toning muscles and walls but Running or any heart rate increase will just make your fat transfer dissolve apparently. Still fragile. You wouldn’t want those nice boobs to go away after all the great efforts and results.
My doctor did not tell me that and said okay to begin running at 4 weeks, which I have done. So far so good!
Yes the doctors I spoke with also said as soon as I felt ready to exercise that it would help with healing. However, I’ve read on this forum it would interfere with the fat transfer so I was curious about you.
I am learning as I go along so much thanks to this site and all the fine doctors that take the time and effort to respond to cases. I have had a very successful fat transfer to my breast. 350cc to each. Very happy so far and I pray the fat stays.. but I also pray my deformed stomach from lipo heals .. so who knows how those prayers will end up ;)) I am very disappointed with the results of my belly Vaser lipo and plasma I have severe irregularities and fibrosis ( which I am afraid is impossible to correct completely judging all i witnessed here) i am 55 and in good shape. I think everyone may heal differently and we don’t necessary hear from all who have succeeded and healed properly . I really urge everyone who reads this to do as much research as possible and be super careful with choice of PS. Thank you and good luck.
Ugh- my biggest fear is that I go through an extensive procedure and end up creating something worse! And feeling guilt about messing with my body! Maybe my focus on my bulging thighs and deflated boobs is just too vain and I need to get over it!
In regards to your stomach, I did tell someone yesterday to try a fascia blaster on her lumps- it has helped with flattening my stomach and may break up scar tissue and lumps.

Thank you for the tip! Very kind of you :)

2nd day post procedure
More photos. My lipo was taken from my inner knees, inner thighs, outter thighs, waist, and lower back. Access was through 2 incisions in my groin and one under each butt cheek, and one at the top of my bum crack.

Following! Mom of 2 here Massachusetts native as well and I have been searching for a Dr who does breast fat transfer as I am too nervous to have implants. You look absolutely amazing! Going to schedule a consult with him. Wondering if I will need a lift first before FT! Looking forward to your updates!
He recommended a lift and fat transfer to me, but I wanted to try w/ out the lift - just to fill out what I have already. Still happy with the results, but only 1 1/2 weeks out. Hoping to maintain volume!
I think you look fantastic! Do you know if he does the lift and transfer in one procedure or two different visits? I’ve heard some will make you get a lift them wait a few months and return for FT. I’ll have to find out. Hope you are recovering well!
Oh and I forgot to ask, what is the breast expansion? I have not heard of this?
I believe he does both procedure together, but not entirely sure, as I told him I didn’t want the lift (though am sure will look even better if you do both)! Look up the Noogleberry device on google. It makes space within the breast tissue to add even more fat. You wear 6 hours per day for 2 weeks prior to procedure - so not easy to fit it, but it works! He then fills the expanded breasts and apparently research shows that the fat survives better with more room to attach to new blood supply. He’ll give you his journal article to support the research if you meet with him.
Good luck!
Oh, and recovering very well. Still bruised - but getting around just fine and back to normal routine.
Thanks for the info!! Looking forward to seeing your results!!
