Hi,
I just wanted to return here to say I’m still very happy I went through with my fat transfer. I think once my breast tissue becomes looser I’ll happily move some more fat to my breasts but for now, I’m just happy to have breasts.
The size has definitely gone down even after the first year but not significantly. I still fit a 32C and the shape of my breasts is more natural and bottom heavy than before. My scars are still visible, slightly raised and white, but they’re so small most people won’t comment. Still, I wish they had faded away completely. My thighs will also forever look a bit less juicy and youthful, but they don’t appear as lumpy as in my last update.
Overall, I’m very happy long term!

The only thing I’m not happy about…

Right after surgery I could tell there was slight bumpyness or loose skin at least but it was fine… Now that I gained a few kilos the bumps are more noticable. Especially in hash lighting. Where I used to have a saddle bag I now have a dip that can probably only be fixed by more liposuction or weightloss.
My thighs used to be much prettier and firmer for sure but none the less I don’t regret :)

Your results are amazing! Do you mind me asking who your surgeon was? Im having hard time finding someone whoms results actually look improved yet natural like yours.

You have lovely results! Have you noticed that your skin expands with time due to the increased volume in your breasts that give an increase in size? It seems that for some individuals there is a continuing appearance of enlargement as the transferred fat settles into place.

Hi! Yes, definitely. The breasts seemed slightly unnatural the first few months but with time the tissue began to hang slightly which just gave them a more attractive appearance in my opinion

There are different methods of doing fat transfer, looks like yours was a success. Do you know which method he did? I heard certain ways could either kills fat or keep it alive during the process longer, was yours done by laser? Also how painful was it? Did you mention the doctor, province and price? Can't see it for some reason

Hi, sorry I didn’t see your comment earlier. My strategy was to avoid stress and to eat frequently to maintain higher insulin levels to boost growth factors :)

I’m still very happy with the change in shape the fat transfer has given me. I remain a 60D/30C though my weight has also not gone down.
I would’ve expected scars to be less visible now but they aren’t very noticable in any case. I have asymmetric muscles on my legs that seem to be showing much more now but I’m not bothered by it anymore.
According to my boyfriend this was the best investment I’ve made to date and I kinda have to agree.

Hi love thanks for sharing - did you have any issues with lumps on your breast from the fat - oil cysts are common so I’m wondering how common it is.

Hi Gaby, I’ve not had any lumps or cysts :) I actually had some small ones prior to the surgery
