Worth the Trip From New Zealand – Amazing Support and Outcome

WORTH IT
I recently travelled from New Zealand to Australia for my breast augmentation surgery with Dr Tavakoli, and overall it was a very positive experience with lots of support from the team.
Coming from overseas, the staff were extremely helpful and made the process smooth. One thing to note is that I was initially advised to get medical clearance from my GP in New Zealand, but I needed to redo it again once I arrived in Australia. If you are travelling for surgery, make sure to allow extra time for admin and medical checks. I stayed for almost four weeks, which worked out perfectly, but I recommend keeping this in mind if you plan to stay for a shorter time.
My goal was to achieve a fuller but still natural look. We decided on 460cc tear-drop implants combined with a fat transfer. I am 174cm tall and 67kg, and I went from a 14A to a 14DD–E cup. The results look very natural and proportionate to my body, exactly what I wanted.
The aftercare was excellent with great communication, red light therapy, and regular check-ins. The team was always available on WhatsApp if I had any questions. I travelled with my mum and I am so glad I did. I would not recommend doing this alone, especially when travelling overseas, as it really helps to have support after surgery.
My recovery was surprisingly easy. I had watched a lot of YouTube videos before my surgery, and many made it look stressful or painful. My experience was completely different. I had minimal pain, recovered quickly, and was out and about within days. Just make sure to take all your medication as recommended.
I was able to enjoy my trip and felt well cared for the entire time. I have received so many compliments on the results. Although a 14DD–E sounds large, it looks balanced and natural for my body shape and height. I did not want the super obvious “fake” look, which is why I chose Dr Tavakoli. I really like his natural and proportionate approach, and I could not be happier with the outcome.
