This was a breast augmentation revision. I had 17 yo over the muscle silicone implants with grade 3 capsular contracture. Breast were firm and round (both breasts looked the same).
I was extremely nervous to have this revision done. Doctor did say there was a chance it could return. He did a capsulectomy crescent lift and implant exchange.
Surgery March 4, 2025. First photo is April 5. Second photo is April 25.
Saw him yesterday and he said to take an Rx and supplements (all which I had already been taking), ACE bandage compression, massage and to come back in a month. Said he would probably have to take out the implants and left me with the intern. Intern did an ultrasound and said there was accumulation of blood/fluid but it was too thick for aspiration (that was attempted).
I am healthy with no medical issues and not on any medication outside of the 90 day Rx I was given after this procedure.
