WORTH IT
36hrs post op. and I am almost back to normal activities. Dr. Shienbaum uses Natrelle Silicon implants above the muscle. Recovery time is extremely quick. If I had a desk job I could have returned to work today. Day 1 returned home, took the gabapentin and had Tylenol every 4 hrs. Took a long nap and started moving around. Sore throat so I was limited to broth for the day. But the more you move the easier it seems recovery is. Just stay on the Tylenol. Switched to a more comfortable bra on day 2. No drain tubes and feeling great. Before I was a 34DD. 365CC implant placed above the muscle.

Just implants no lift needed. It’s above the muscle and under the natural breast tissue.

Thanks for your reply! . I have a similar before and I do not want a lift. I was thinking of 275 cc above the muscle. But asked the question here and many drs have said that I will be saggier after without a lift.
Glad to see good results with this method.
