Dr. M did an awesome job

Dr. M and his staff were all great from scheduling consultation to pre-op to surgery day. I found Dr. M through yelp and also here on realself. I went through all his before and after photos and really liked all of them. When it came to consultation day Dr. M explained the type of implants and the process of a BA procedure. What he recommended was exactly what I wanted, silicone/gummy (smooth, round) under the muscle, incision under the breast. Next was the fun part, sizers. He had me try on the silicone sizers starting from 300cc and ask if I liked it or want it bigger. I ended with 455cc and 435cc due to asymmetry. I came home thought about the sizes and decided to go slightly bigger since I'm going under the muscle and may lose some volume. I called the office and had them change to 485cc and 505cc smooth round moderate plus. Ladies if you are having a hard time between two sizes, go with the larger cc. If you haven't heard of boob greed, it is so real. I feel like I could have gone bigger lol. Anyways, surgery day went well, woke up very excited to have some boobs. My chest was very tight. No pain just uncomfortable. Day 2 & 3 had slight pain and a lot of discomfort feeling. I felt like there was a heavy piece of flat board on my chest. I took the pain med given but too strong (made me nauseous) so I replaced it with tylenol extra strength. I am one month post op and my recovery couldn't have gone any better. My boobs have dropped slightly and becoming a bit soft. My chest doesn't feel as stiff and I can move my arms as normal just dont lift or pull anything too heavy. I apply merderma oil all over my boobs plus the scar to avoid stretch marks and to help the scar heal. At my one mo post op, Dr. M recommends me to take vit e to help with capsular contracture, showed me massaging techniques, and that i'm free to wear whatever bra i find comfortable even under wired bras :) So far I am loving my results, I cant wait for the drop and fluff stage. Patience is key from what Ive been reading. However, Dr. M did an awesome job since my recovery is going so well.
