345cc teardrop under muscle. 25 yr old, no kids, 5’9

Slept like a baby last night. Woke up in less pain than yesterday. Was much easier getting up out of bed, but I still did need my mam to help push from my back. Felt like much less strain when getting up. A little more movement in my arms. Still very tight over the boob area and sometimes can be a bit tough to take a deep breathe, or can be tough to talk a lot just due to the tightness. Left boob more swollen than right boob. Stomach very swollen still and around the ribs. A little uncomfortable but not the worst

So yesterday was surgery day. We went with 345cc teardrop over muscle. I was a 34a before (found an old bra and it fit perfectly). Yesterday wasn’t too bad I was able to move around and wasn’t in too much pain. It just felt like I was doing a lot of press ups the night before. When it got to night time it started feeling more painful probably because all of the anaesthetic was worn off. Didn’t sleep till about 12.45 and woke up at half 5. I had to text my mam and get her to come into my room to lift me up, as I slipped down a bit during the night and couldn’t lift myself it was too sore. I waited until about 7.30/8 to take any pain meds and then fell back asleep from around 10.30-1. I feel more restricted today I can’t really move my arms without feeling a strain. And the strangest part of it all is some of the swelling has gone down into my stomach and when I touch it, it feels squishy like water moving around. Very strange feeling but my patient co ord said that’s normal and will pass after a few days. Overall, today is worse than yesterday so far but it’s bearable. I plan on staying in bed most of the day as I don’t want to put any strain on my chest area. And hopefully I might have another little nap!!

2 weeks to my surgery day. Excited not nervous. I think we went with 365cc teardrop over muscle. Currently a very small 34b (aka I wear 34b but probs an A but won’t get fitted) I’ll put up some before pics soon
