32a cup to 450cc Silicone Implants

I was meaning to start my reviews earlier than 2 weeks before my surgery but life has other plans sometimes lol. It’s coming up so quick!! I’ll be seeing Dr. David Kim in Beverley Hills. His Instagram pictures and YouTube videos looked so beautiful and consistent that I choose him as my plastic surgeon. I’m a 32a now with perky breasts and love them but I also love big breasts and have always wanted them. If they don’t look good (which I’m sure they’ll look GREAT) then I can just take them out. I’m planning on going through the armpit to avoid any incision scars. I have a bunch of wish pics I’ll share with y’all if anyone wants to chime in their own opinions! I’ll also show you how mine look now. Any advice for nausea after surgery would be greatly appreciated too since I’m scared of getting sick :( any advice period would be awesome!

I feel like it was just yesterday when I was saying “I’m getting my boobs done in only 2 months” and now it’s only a WEEK away! Time flies.. I’m busy working to make sure I have enough money for things to do while out in LA but will I even be able to do anything after surgery? Maybe the movie theatures would be ok? What about dipping my feet in the pool? Hopefully I’ll have an appetite so my boyfriend and I can go out to eat somewheres nice before returning to our freezing temps at home lol. My doctor does prescribe Emend which seems like a pretty strong antiemetic so I’m grateful for that. We’ll be there for 3 days before surgery at least so we can have fun before. I’m a side sleeper so I honestly don’t know how I’m going to function sleeping on my back.. oh god I can already tell how annoyed my boyfriends going to be taking care of my partly disabled self lol. But hey, it’ll be worth it. Sorry I’m all over the place I have so many things running through my head. As long as they come out looking amazing I’ll be happy

4 days til surgery! It’s coming up so quick.. Im pretty prepared but I just need to print off some examples of what I like and don’t like to show him. I heard he looks at them really quick and doesn’t give you sizers or anything so I’m kind of nervous.. really want a few perfect pictures to show him so there’s no confusion as to what I want.. eek! On the news there’s a lot of fires in LA and people are evacuating so I’m pretty scared about that. It’s not like I can really run away after surgery... lol. But seriously I hope everyone’s ok and that it gets contained soon!! I bought these sports bras from Walmart but I don’t know if they’re good enough or have enough support. I’ll have to ask him during my consult.
