I just recently had my consultation a week ago and decided I was going to go with the Sientra silicone implants. Size wise I’m thinking either 375CC or 400CC. I’m waiting until the pre-op appointment on the 13th of December to decide.

Hey! I am also gearing up for my upcoming surgery, and am also hoping to get Sientra silicone in that exact range! If I might offer my own opinion, I don't think a 25 cc difference will be very noticeable if at all, I've been told you need at least 30cc to see a difference. With that in mind, I might err towards the 400cc because more women seem to regret going too small as opposed to too big. Hope that helps!

Thanks so much for your input! I’ve been thinking about 400cc ever since I left the office! I’ve heard so many people say they wish they’ve gone bigger so I’m definitely taking that into account

If I can I'll go with that too :) do you know what profile you're getting? You look to have more than me to start with so probably more luxury to choose! I might be limited to go high profile if I want 400cc but want them to be as natural as possible so want moderate... so tough! Keep us updated :))

Pre Op Appointment

So I had my pre op appointment on Friday and I tried on 350cc implants which I found I like the best. Since these are going under the muscle my doctor and I talked about upping the cc to account for the muscle squeezing the implant down a bit.
So my final decision was 385cc high profile sientra silicone implants
Oh I am so excited for the end of the month!

I had my surgery today at 730 and good lawd am I sore ... you knew realize how much you use your chest muscles until they are in pain. My implants were placed under the muscle so I’m sure that has a big part to do with it
The pain has been manageable with a Tylenol, Motrin, Oxycodone routine. I’m not trying to tough out the pain today would rather relax peacefully.
My follow up is on Thursday so I will update with a picture then when I’m not all wrapped up

Hi, i had my surgery on January 24th and it’s now 5 days and omg have I swelled up today but not on any pain meds since day 1 but I am occasionally taken Tylenol & Motrin really helps .

Oh yes it does! Motrin really helped me with any swelling I was having .. that combo of Tylenol and Motrin I kept consistent to help speed up the healing process
Thank you for sharing the beginning of this journey! Looking forward to hearing what you decide on!
