Dr Fiumara, was very nice and did a great job on my breasts (BA behind the muscle and uplift), however, her assistant Angelika was a complete and utter nightmare. About 5 days after the procedure, one of my breasts had swelled up so much that it was almost touching my collar bone. I woke up in a bit of a panic and called them straight away.
(The only way of getting in touch unfortunately was through her assistant) Angelika answered and told me a least 5 times that “150% everything is fine”(she is not the one with the medical degree so I found it quite ridiculous that she was giving her opinion) she then showed Linda the photos and Linda asked for me immediately to come see her (obviously everything was not ok) bearing in mind I was 2.5 hour drive away, even after telling her that, she knew something was wrong and still wanted me to come.
So I came to London and saw Linda and sorted everything out. I went back home and a prescription for the muscle relaxant medication was sent to a pharmacy nearish to me as the pharmacy’s in London didn’t have it. The pharmacy near me also didn't have it so I had to wait another day until they got it. (I was in sooo much bloody pain) I called the pharmacy in the morning before going to go get it to make sure that they have it.
The pharmacy had no prescription in my name and no knowledge of anyone calling in my name so I texted Angelika saying this and stating exactly what pharmacy I called to ask. She then wrote to me “you don’t need to call them” and that she was dealing with it and that they said to her they had it. So I left with my mother to the pharmacy (30 mins drive) and when I got there, they had no prescription in my name and assured me that nobody had called them about the medication.
I then texted Angelika again saying they have no idea what I’m talking about and that it must be the wrong pharmacy... she became very very rude on texts writing in all capital letters and being extremely aggressive with her words. I had to ask her 3 times what is the name of the pharmacy you sent it to.
Instead she just sent me a postcode. I asked again for the name not postcode. We were getting nowhere so i just popped the postcode into google maps and it was the pharmacy I was in! (the wrong one!) so I called her and made the lady working in the pharmacy tell her that the postcode that she sent was this pharmacy that I was standing in.
A few minutes went by and she finally sent me the right postcode and the name of the pharmacy (Hallelujah!) I then asked many many times for either Linda’s personal number or email so I can discuss what has happened, and how unprofessional her assistant it. She refused to give either, and wrote very patronisingly “ Dr Fiumara is not able to provide her personal number unfortunately. Am I able to speak with you please?”
When I was clearly wanting to discuss her behaviour with Linda. I definitely recommend Dr Linda Fiumara as a surgeon. But her assistant really should not be working with her, because honestly my friends have asked me about the surgeon and all and I’ve had to not recommend it because of the stress and anger that the assistant ANGELIKA causes.
I cry when I get angry so when she was very rude on the phone in the first pharmacy I just burst into tears. This assistant should not be employed at all! I cannot believe Linda has an assistant like this.

We are very sorry, however, that your experience with Dr Fiumara’s entire Team has not been the positive experience which we strive for it to be.

The assistant referred to in the above review, Angelika, is no longer working with Dr Fiumara’s Surgery, and throughout the mentioned period of time, was on probation with us.

Every member of Dr Fiumara’s Team, currently and in the past, has been invested in providing the best possible patient care.
Unfortunately, as with all communication via text message, there may sometimes be misinterpretation and a response which may appear abrupt via text message would not come across this way through a phone call or face-to-face conversation.
In regards to the inability to obtain Dr Fiumara’s personal number, please kindly be advised that we are not permitted to share Dr Fiumara's personal information for privacy reasons. This is a large and increasingly growing Surgical Practice and we cannot possibly share Dr Fiumara's personal number.
Dr Fiumara's PA and Clinic Nurse are the first point of contact for all Patients and, whenever the situation requires, Dr Fiumara is always immediately available over the phone and in person in clinic.
In the case of future enquiries, questions, or expressions of dissatisfaction, we kindly ask that you book an appointment to speak with Dr Fiumara in person or forward your queries via email to Dr Fiumara’s PA, to which we will pass on and respond to as soon as possible.
