A breast augmentation is something I’ve always wanted. But I don think I should have gone UHP. Wanted to look natural. They look like balls. I lost nipple sensation in my right breast. I have a moline crease on my left. They feel like round balls stuck on m chest. Natrelle SRX 340cc inframammary crease submuscular.

So sorry to read how unhappy you are with your results. From an outsider perspective they look good to me and looks like the surgery was done well. But what’s most important is how you feel in your body. Have you spoke to your doctor yet about your concerns? Maybe he or she will work with you to exchange the implants? A smaller, lower profile implant may suit your figure better. I hope you’re able to get them fixed! Best of luck
I think u need to give it some time. 6wks isn’t long & they still have to drop & settle. The healing process is 6mnths to a year right? So maybe in a few months you’ll become more satisfied with them, just b patient!
Hi, how are you doing? how are you feeling with the implants? I also got UHP natrelle implants while looking for a natural result and during the first 3-4 months struggled with the shape and size (I’m 7 months post op now). I think maybe you should give them time to drop and fluff because they def improve in size and appearance. Also at the beginning they feel huge, specially when you come from little (I had nothing, man chest lol)
I don't feel natural at all with UHP. I had almost zero breast tissue to begin with.
@juliane85 I love to see an update? I read all of your questions to the Dr on the Q&A forum and was wondering if you seen your PS to confirm CC? Did he start you on Singular? Are you going to have a revision or just explant? I hope you can update us soon. Please know we're here if you need support. (*(*hugs*)*)
I had almost the exact same results as you from my Ideal HP implants. I wanted natural and got 2 balls. The right was pushed inward and the left was sliding outward. Ugh..so frustrating. I ended up explanting. I am now going to a different PS to get lower profile, silicone implants placed. (Surgery is currently delayed until offices open back up)

So what did you decide for yourself? Are you having the revision?
