Not the Results I Hoped For.

Dr. Wald is a kind surgeon and his staff were kind. It's been a year since my breast augmentation/lift and I am unhappy with the results. My areola did not heal well at all, scars are uneven. The lollipop lift wasn't aggressive enough and I am already sagging. My left breast is slightly larger than my right breast which was supposed to make up for my natural asymmetry. A bigger implant was put in on the left side but the doctor did warn me I would not be perfectly symmetrical.

I am now planning for scar revision next year but I will be going with a different doctor. I will say my breasts were mildly tuberous before and the shape is much better than what I started with. Overall, I am not happy though. I am hoping once I fix the scarring around my uneven areola, I will feel more confident.

Of course I've caught a cough right before my surgery

I'm so upset. I want to cry! My BA will likely be rescheduled due to a nasty cough. I started antibiotics today and am hoping I won't have a cough by the time Thursday rolls around. But, I really doubt that will be the case. I've already paid for my surgery and I have no idea when I will be able to get my surgery.

How did the surgery go ?
The surgery in itself went well. Although, I don't think the lollipop lift was enough for me. I feel like my breasts are sagging again, not as much as before. So, there was an improvement. I'm not happy with the scarring around my nipples. The stitches spit during recovery and it doesn't look good, IMO. The Dr. said to wait 1 yr PO before doing a scar revision. I also wish I would've went slightly larger. Overall, an improvement but there are some things I want to change.
Thank you for your reply,.... I was thinking of going to hm for augmentation and donut lift because I don't want all the scars from anchor... but I'm a deflated 38 D and would like to go 1 or 2 sizes bigger ... but he seemed to show me smaller

booked my ba surgery!

After many years of wanting a breast augmentation due to mild tuberous breast deformity. I finally booked my appointment with Dr. Robert Wald in Fullerton. I will also be getting a peri-areolar lift. My breasts are saggy due to breastfeeding and they naturally sit lower on my chest. Hopefully, he can help fix my asymmetry as well.
I'm so excited!
