Very Unhappy with Outcome Breast Still Saggy

My experience with Dr. John LoMonaco started off great. He is a Plastic surgeon in Webster, Texas. I was referred to Dr. LoMonaco by a friend of mines who is his surgical assistant. She spoke very highly of Dr. LoMonaco work and professionalism which made it easy for me to go ahead and book a consultation with Dr. LoMonaco. When I went in for my consultation, Dr. LoMonaco took a look at my breast and stated that my breast wasn’t as bad as I thought and getting a breast augmentation would give me the fullness that I wanted up top. My issues with my breast was that they hung too low leaving the top part of my breast very flat. I wanted more cleavage. I had others tell me that I looked like I needed a breast lift, so I was very confused. Getting a breast lift would have been moving the areola and leaving me with a t-shaped scare on my breast as well as around my nipples. After going over my measurements and different pictures, Dr. LoMonaco was sure a breast augmentation would give m the look I wanted and would have to do the breast lift leaving me scared up. I told him if the breast augmentation can give me the results, I am looking for them, I trust his decision. He is the Dr., and, in this situation, I felt he knew what was best. If Dr. LoMonaco suggested the breast lift I would have been fine with that and everything that came with having a breast lift. I just wanted my breast to sit up and not sag in my low-cut shirts that showed cleavage. My problem was the flatness in a swimsuit, or low-cut tops. I did not want to have to wear a bra to lift me up.
My surgery was September 11, 2020. I paid 7k cash for by procedure. I was very pleased with the outcome of my breast augmentation for the first month. Dr. LoMonaco suggested that I wrap my breast to make them drop because the implants were sitting very high. I took the wrap that he gave me and sat with it around my breast every day. Well my breast dropped. They dropped right back to the place they started. I called the office to state my concerns after about three months. Dr. LoMonaco told me to wait until six months after my surgery for the best results. At this point I did not understand how anything positive was going to occur once my six months was up. My breast was dropping more and more as the months passed. It has been eight months and my breast are saggy once again back to where I started just heavier which has caused my skin to stretch more up to.
I have gone in to see Dr. LoMonaco a few times now and he is blaming the elasticity of my skin. He told me that my results were not what he expected to see in such a short period of time. At this point I just wanted my breast fixed. Moving forward we discussed the breast lift once again. Dr. LoMonaco showed me pictures again of women who had breast lifts. I explained to him that I would be ok with the scars and that I am married so that would not be a problem. He quoted me another 7k to fix a problem that should have been fixed September 11, 2020. Now eight months later Dr. LoMonaco has been very rude and basically has refused to fix the issue at hand. He ignores my text until he is ready to reply and when he replies he is very unapologetic treating the situation like I am at blame for the outcome. He acts as if he has no remorse to what has happened and the fact that I am not a happy client. I have gone through a state of depression. I am very embarrassed of the outcome. Think twice when you decide to visit Dr. LoMonaco practice. He has let me down and is not willing to fix the issue. This has been the worse experience ever.
