Consultation review: unhappy with my visit & would have at least liked options

I was truly unhappy with my visit with Dr.Chen. I was absolutely nervous to begin with but many people I know have went to him for this procedure so I set up the consultation because I heard great things about him. He walked into the room and just seemed to not be a friendly guy, he looked at me for a couple minutes. Never measured never asked me what look I was going for. Told me that I had a small frame so I wouldn’t be able to go to the 450 I tried on that I liked. I understand he had been doing this for many years but it was unprofessional to not even get measurements or talk about different types of profiles. I spent maybe 8-10 minutes with him total, I felt rushed or maybe I was being treated this way because he was having a bad day but I went home crying and thought about just not going through with the surgery all together because if I couldn’t have what I wanted what was the point in paying all that money. He was short with me, he was basically lecturing me about if I went to big I could have a uniboob which I get is a valid concern but it didn’t seem he wanted to hear me out. I understand he is more conservative but I would have at least liked options. So I decided to get a second opinion with Dr.knotts which works at the same facility, and he really listened and talked with me, tried to get to know me and what my goals were and worked with me to get what I wanted. I went up maybe a whole cup size from what dr Chen was offering and I am so glad I got that second opinion. Dr.knotts changed my life!!!
Dr.Chen was rude and unprofessional I my opinion, bad day or not, I should have not been treated that way. If I could give him 0 stars I would
