Update: Dr. Orseck emailed me back to let me know that none of the muscle was removed during the surgery - it is possibly just retracted, although, it does look like a part of it is missing, giving the caved-in look.

Would love to know your outcome & hope things turned out better for you.
I got a fat transfer with dr.Bednar in Charlotte looking much better. He couldn't transfer a whole lot and I might need a second transfer. Although when I flex my pectorals they pulls funny on the tissue creating a grove - all this could be avoided if the first doc did his job and reattached the muscle properly. I think with the second fat transfer this grove won't be visible. But that's another $7000. The first transfer was 12,000 something
*groove, not grove lol
Thanks for responding.... I had Dr.Orseck on my list, but thankfully after reading your post ,along with the few other scary ones....I'm not chancing it. Thank you for sharing your story to help others. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, and hope you're able to love your new look thanks to the new Dr.
Thank you sweetie. I do feel comfortable being topless now lol.
Hi, it's been a while since you wrote this, but I am curious if you ever found a doctor? I am trying to decide if I want to have my implants removed, but it doesn't seem anyone close to me specializes in the procedure.

Unfortunate Experience

Great service, staff, and customer care; I really liked the doctor's kind personality, HOWEVER, I had the gummy implants removed a month later because they turned out unexpectedly too big and started giving me toxicity symptoms, and only to find out that my pectoral muscles were damaged during the augmentation surgery- to be exact, about 1- 1.5 inch of my lower left pectoral muscle was cut off and about 2 inches of my right pectoral muscle isn't there. So, to be exact, the implants were not really placed under the muscle, but rather the muscle partially was removed (yeah, like amputating a healthy limb - WHY?!) and the implants were placed mostly under the skin. No wonder they were visible and you could feel them when touching the breast. Anothet plastic surgeon, that will do a fat transfer for me, confirmed my severed pectoral muscles that unfortunately can't be reconstructed and that caused my shoulders to act weird and give me pains like during a dislocation.

That is horrible, I'm so sorry. I hope you heal well.
Thank you, sweetie. I feel amazing now and thinking about doing a fat transfer.
