4 weeks out and I feel pretty great

I sought out a few female surgeons in san antonio, tx for a breast augmentation in early 2022 after nature took it's course on me from having 2 kids and breastfeeding. My husband wasn't pushy about it but I could tell he wasn't into my natural boobs like he was years prior so yeah, this process was more for him than myself.. I didn't go into consultations committing to the procedure. Really I was just looking for opinions on whether they were worse off than I thought. Dr. Hiers was so down to earth and relatable. She made us so comfortable and gave advice. She's very confident as she's experienced and knows what she's doing for you individually and can visualize the result you'll have. I wanted a very natural look and really just inquire about pre-baby fullness. She was so reassuring and sweet that I went ahead and booked with her! Igot the vibe that she will not do a procedure that your body will not tolerate well. Clients are like walking billboards. She totally took away my nerves about plastic surgery. She was honest about how large she would go with me and took a smaller is better approach which i like personally as i wanted under the muscle and had a small amount of breast tissue. I was mostly "deflated". Where other surgeons wanted to do a lift and other things that rubbed me wrong, Dr. Hiers actually looked at my personal photos before kids instead of telling me to look up celebrities or porn stars for "inspiration". She suggested Mentor smooth HP Silicone under the muscle would give me that anatomical for me look without a lift. She was absolutely spot on. Her post op care has been fantastic as well and she's got a great team of ladies by her side. Everyone I've encountered on her staff seemed very knowledgeable, gracious, and courteous. I am 4 weeks out and I feel pretty great. Her pre op and post op care has been great and I value how communicative her office has been with me. I would absolutely recommend her if you're someone that is looking for a God given natural esthetic.
