The reviews on here helped make my decision so much easier, so I decided I’d make my own in hopes that it might help someone else as much as it helped me!!!
My surgery is scheduled for Dec 3rd. I have to wear a certain bra for the first 6 months following my procedure because my doctor believes I’m at higher risk for bottoming out. So I figured I should get it over with during the winter so that I can actually wear a bathing suit in the summer!
I am 5’3 and 103 pounds. I’m currently a full A (at VS) and hoping to be a mid-full C. I went in to my consultation knowing that I wanted a very natural look and was pretty set on Moderate+ implants. But I was disappointed to find out that with my BWD (9) my only option was Ultra High Profile implants. At first I was worried that they would look too fake, but after doing A LOT of research, I’ve learned that UHP implants were actually made for more petite women, and they CAN look natural. It just depends on the ccs and the individual’s natural breast tissue.
I’m currently trying to decide between 240cc and 270cc implants. I forgot to take pictures at my consultation with the sizers on. So I will take some at my pre-op in a few weeks and add them here later! But here are some befores!

That is very interesting about the profile. I have the same desire for moderate profile, but have also read the profile can mainly depend on a person's width and separation of cleavage. I'll be following your journey! Best of luck on the 3rd.

I had my pre-op appointment yesterday and finalized the size I want! I still like how the 240cc looks on, so the nurse told me I should go up to 270cc since they will look smaller once they are in and compressed under the muscle. I am a little nervous about getting the 270cc because even though it’s really not a huge difference, I felt like they looked a lot bigger on me! But I trust their opinion. Here are some (not so great) pics of me with the 240cc implant sizers on. Not huge! But a pretty big difference from what I currently have :) I also feel like they look smaller in the pictures than they actually did in person. Surgery is 6 days away!!! I had a major panic attack this morning thinking about it, but I’m feeling better about it now.

Can't wait to see your update! My surgery is coming soon and I'm struggling on size, just like you, I don't want them too big. My pre-op is on the 10th, I'm gonna try some smaller sizers and see how I feel. I'm sure in both case you'll end up looking amazing!

Surgery day!

My surgery is in about an hour! Just thought I’d get on to add a few more before pictures. I’m pretty anxious and ready to just get the surgery over with so that I can stop stressing about it so much! I’ve wanted this since I was 13 and now that it’s actually happening I’m feeling so unsure about the whole thing! Hoping it’s normal to feel that way!
