Advice I will give is know what you want and trust Dr. Gray! He really knows what he is doing and has good taste!
A friend recommended Dr. Gray to me as she is very happy with her results. I was going to see a local surgeon before choosing the surgeon. But the local surgeon wouldn’t even schedule me and told me to call back two months before desired surgery time. So Dr. Gray is the only surgeon I saw and decided to go with. His office staff are awesome. Caroline is so sweet and friendly! My first impression of Dr. Gray is that he talks fast, very experienced and professional. So it would be good to read through his website before you go in. I went to see him for breast augmentation and possibly tummy tuck. I let him know that I have two young kids, recovering from tummy tuck may not be an option for me but I do want to know if I needed a full tummy tuck since I been exercising for awhile. After he examined me, he told me I would need a full tummy tuck. But he also comforted me and said maybe it’s not the time to get a tummy tuck now, maybe it’s for the future when your kids are older. I appreciated him so much by being honest and understanding of motherhood. He let me tried on implants with different projections in the first appointment , it was in June. A week later, his staff called me and let me know the estimate, I booked the surgery for December! Alley, whom helped me to book the surgery is also amazing! She took her time to answer 1000 questions I had. She made herself available for any questions I may have before surgery. Fast forward to sizing appointment. I got a bit confused as I thought I get to decide what cc to put in. But nope, i only get to choose the projection. I was still confused but not sure what questions to ask either. Looking back, I don’t think I knew what I want. I chose under the muscle, moderate high. I was giving a range of ccs from 430-580. I went home and I got really worried. I didn’t want my boobs to be too big! Some of the reviews were saying Dr. Gray made them too big, it terrifies me. I freaked out, I ended up changing to moderate plus. Fast forward, surgery day, I ended up with moderate plus 405cc, which is where I liked to land. I remember looking at my boobs after I got home, I didn’t think they were too big or swollen. Pain was not too bad, it was more of discomfort. It was very difficult as I couldn’t use my chest muscles, I couldn’t sit up by myself. I had to rely on my husband and my mom to take care of me. Day by day, I feel a little better after 1 week. Fast forward, I’m 4 months post op, I regret not sticking with moderate high profile! Haha! My boobs look very nice! Very natural! My incisions healed so good! Dr.Gray is so good at what he does! The scars are almost invisible. Being Asian, I scar easy, but I been using scar cream recommended by Dr. Gray. I been healing beautifully! If there is time traveling , I would dare to get higher profile. But, there is always the next time! I would recommend Dr.Gray to anyone! Please don’t retire!
