I've always felt very awkward because of my very flat chest. I'm 51 and I've decided to take the plunge. I'm looking to stay pretty small so that it's not a huge change and I'm kind of small framed (5'5", 118 lbs). Getting old is not a lot of fun so I'm looking forward to actually improving one aspect of my aging bod. I think I'll go with 235cc low profile. Surgery is scheduled for August 6 but I'm having a second consultation tomorrow.

I met with two surgeons in the Portland area- Dr. Burgess and Dr. Waldorf. I really liked them both although they were somewhat different. I decided on Dr. Waldorf because the schedule worked better for me. I’m really glad I met with two different doctors because their different approaches gave me a better understanding of what I am getting into. Today I ordered some supplies recommended by someone on here and now I just eagerly anticipate the ”big” day.
