Too natural - I wanted implants with a very fake look

I creamed of having implants that look very fake.. I got my breasts done it's dr pugash in 2014. It was my first time he wouldn't give me anything larger than 400cc. I went with cohesive gel, under muscle, round high profile. I was naturally a 32C and after the implants I went up to 32DD. They looked so fake and beautiful the first year and a half.. so I was happy but after that they looked like real boobs which isn't a look I'm into. I get why he's popular most people want real looking boobs. I'm currently looking for a different surgeon who can redo these boobs and give me larger, rounder, faker looking breasts. Attached some photos of how they looked the first year to what they look like now. Not happy..
Overall very nice surgeon and caring and so are his staff .. but he won't give you a fake look even if you tell him you want that. If you want real looking boobs then go to him.
