8 months... more

After reading my last entry... I can say that I can fully lift my arms above my head when working out! Sit ups are good again, too. So, that was a nice change to be able to do stuff like that. Like a Jumping Jack. I still have some issues with chest flies and push-ups, but know those would be tough so I modify what I can. I did a 9-week mostly weights workout and was just fine.

I as going to update at 6 months, but forgot. My left has settled in nicely. My right has lowered (and softened), but still sits higher. I am hoping that is due to the fact that there wasn't much to work with to begin with, since it was smaller than my left, it's just taking it's time. I guess I'll still be concerned if it hasn't done more dropping by 12 months. The right is also one that I feel more than the other, which also concerns me. Hopefully that's just due to it sitting higher still. My nipples are definitely not even.

I'm wearing a 36C wire free bra, but could probably do a D. Left is a C, but D is better for right. I haven't tried underwire yet. We don't have many places that do great bra fittings, so I think I'd be best going to something like that before investing in underwire bras. The wire free are nice, though. I would like to see if some padding brings me lift and more cleavage.

My weight has increased, and not sure if that's BA related. I've had some stuff come up at the end of 2020 that I know caused the gain. I have ben able to finally lose with a diet change, so it could have just been cooincidence.

Overall, I am still happy with getting them. I just wish my right would drop more to even them out better. If nothing has happened after a year, I'll see my PS again.

Things are going well. My right (415cc) still sits higher and hasn't moved much. My left (385cc) has dropped nicely and has softened. They're massaged at least once a day. I know the larger implant can take longer to drop and soften, but I am getting impatient!

I'm mainly wearing 36C bras, but have 36D sports bras. I did try on an underwire 36C in the Wacoal brand and it was too small. The cups were small, though. Otherwise, I am wearing wire-free. I'm also going bra-less ore often, but mainly at night before bed.

Working out has been fine, and I've gotten back into running. My main issue is doing sit-ups because I can't put my hands by my ears very well while laying down. No chest exercises. I'm still going to the chiropractor, and do lay down for it. I feel some pressure, but I do some massage afterwards and it doesn't feel bad. My left feels more of the pressure, but it's not bad. The side that has soften feels normal.
