I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ghurani, he had a great personality and expertise. He gave me my dream boobs, finally at 53 yrs old. I am so pleased with his work. I had my BA in Dec. 400cc's over the muscle, I'm 125 lbs and 5'1 and started with an A cup and now I'm a 34D and 6 months later the tatas look fabulous..I would highly recommend Dr Ghurani because of his professional work, good bedside manner and overall greatness!!! Thank you again Dr. Ghurani :)

Yay!!! Someone who has done over the muscle lol my dr will only do over on me so I trying to find some lol awesome they look great! I'm getting 500 over the muscle next week!!! Can't wait!

I hope you have a great experience, I had 400cc and now I want 500cc LOL JK I feel great and in time when they adjust you will too....PLEASE do your massages it works and helps alot I noticed, you dont want to get hard scar tissue..MASSAGE when you feel ready...GOOD LUCK HONEY over muscle is much better anyways!

Hi! Just curious why you chose over the muscle. Im considering the same as I have animation deformity with my current implants which are under the muscle.

Hi, I would say for me they were on their way to healing and feeling pretty normal by 2 months, the only thing that was the most bothersome was the sensitivity of the entire breast that lasted about 6 weeks. They were so sensitive that having anything touch them, even touching them with the softest thing was like scratching nails on a chalk board, and that is because of the skin and nerves being stretched so much, so that was the only thing I would complain about. Now sensitivity is normal and I have no issues with that. I will also suggest that you wear the band around your new boobies even while sleeping to help them drop into place. I got a great one on amazon, but they will probably give you one. When is your surgery date? i'm really excited for you ! I just looked at your pix and I think you look great but I could understand you wanting more fullness. What kind of implant are you getting? I have the Natrelle Gummy Bears. If your going 500cc you are going to be HUGE Woman, im sure your going to be very happy. I had no boobs to begin with so you can imagine how happy I am now..Lol

Thank you so much! And I'm glad your healing well! They look really good I would be so happy too lol I'm getting silicone high profile. I don't wanna be too huge :( I'm thinking I should go 400 maybe? I am already a C cup I just want more fullness but he did say I'll need a big implant to help with the sag :0 I also trying to lose some weight at least 15 lbs and my boobs go first and get pretty small so maybe I should stay with 500cc and I've been told go bigger otherwise you can end up not happy lol idk and I should get that band your talking about I will check it out :)
