So I haven't had surgery yet but here are my before and a couple of wish pics. I am 5'1 approx 137lbs and currently a small 36B cup. I'm terrified of going too big or having big saggy boobs. I have my pre-op appt on Monday where we will discuss sizing again. I originally thought 500cc high profile under the muscle silicone but now I'm thinking that's too big for my height. I have two kids, both of which I breastfed, and am hoping implants will make my boobs look higher and perkier again! Nervous is an understatement. I'll edit my full review after my full procedure.

Had my pre-op appt today!! Officially decided on a size and I'm going with 415cc. In 3 weeks I'll have new boobies! This is going to feel like the longest 3 weeks. We went over what to expect for afterwards, got my prescriptions, and talked with the doctor again. Picking the size is literally the hardest part

I had nothing, 32A and couldn’t fill it out, and I got 475cc and love them. People don’t even notice because I wore a padded bra for years that made me look like a B cup. Since you already have a starting point I bet the 415 will look great! Good luck. Best decision I ever made!

I haven’t. I want to but I’m nervous to actually do it. I think I will eventually. Girl I understand, I’ve looked, showed my husband pics and still am looking to make sure mine look like they should. It’s become an obsession but it’s hands down the best decision I’ve made for myself! The first 24 hours were rough, they said where I had no breast tissue at all, but after that it was a piece of cake!

I submitted my pics yesterday so hopefully they’ll be up soon! I have one son, he’s 21, I’m 38. I think it’s just knowing the pics will be out there, but I’m pretty proud of myself for doing it so hopefully you’ll see them soon!

They are perfect! Lol I think you're probably more hyper aware of their location but from what I can see they are dang near as symmetrical as can be! That's about exactly what I'm going for!!

I too was barely a 32A. I got my BA in 2006 and seriously have had 3 PS say 'they still look great' so the sagging hasnt happened. I went with 400 under muscle. Have zero regrets and never thought I was too big or small. I am 52 and dont need to wear a bra! I am having them exchanged mid April as I am having a TT so I figure why not. I am now debating on WHAT SIZE. I grew up in the rocker 80s era so I love big boobs! I never had them then so I want them now. Btw I am petite 5'3 115 and people cant tell my boobs are as big as they are unless I am wearing a tight shirt. I say er on the larger side. I have friends that wish they had gone bigger. Thank you!! And that's awesome, I know my mom has had hers for 25 years now with no issues. I don't know about any sagging with age or anything but she's always been happy with them. I'm just don't want to look fat because I have such big boobs cause I'm already on the thicker side of "skinny" so definitely don't want to go backwards when I've been working really hard to lose weight

It's getting closer and closer and I'm still freaking out. I still have no idea if I picked the right size or not, not wanting to go too big or too small. I really hope I'm happy with the results and hopefully post op goes well. I have no idea what to expect for my activity level level first couple days afterwards and if I should expect to be bed bound or couch bound and I can at least make it out of my bedroom?? The nerves are real.

Welcome to RS! It's an exciting journey your about to partake in. Here's a bit of info I found helpful along the way. Results vary based on bwd, skin elasticity, anatomy, stats and your PS surgical abilities. 300cc can look huge on one person and small on another. I recommend trying on sizers with a tight shirt to see exactly how they will look with your frame. Most Dr. on the Q&A forum state for every 150cc you "should" increase one cup. Let your Board Certified PS guide you as they have plenty of experience with implants. Sometimes when ladies try telling the PS what they think is best and not listening to his/her recommendations, it can end disastrous. Bring a few wish pictures to show the Dr. your end goal. Don't go by bra/cup size because all manufacturers have different sizing. Remember if going behind the muscle, you will lose about 10-15% from being compressed. The day after po, your boobs will look small from being compressed. Don't let that discourage you bc I was like what?!? But after d&f things get bigger & better!
