Symmastia
415 HP silicon unders. I've been very unhappy with my result from day 1. He went larger in surgery than we agreed upon to "fill up" the sagging. My chest muscles were in pain for 6 weeks and I'm afraid it's symmastia. I'm 10 weeks post op now. The surgeon said my gap may get a little better but will not improve completely. He said it's not symmastia but I disagree. What do you think? I was a 32B pre op with forward facing nipples and lots of sternum (ribs were visible)

Tenting Issues
I got 415cc under the muscle. I'm surprised the doc went over 400 since we talked about 350-400cc and I was still worried about being too big. He said I look normal but I completely disagree. At three weeks post op I think the "swelling" would have gone down enough for tenting to subside but it is the same as day 1. What does everyone think?

They look great.... I have 375cc and my right dropped lower than my left
Thank you
You look pretty small around the chest circumference - it’s possible he went too big and therefore placed them too close together for your frame.
agree
I'm thinking the same. I'm devastated. I'm praying they will separate a little as they drop. Trying to stay positive but after seeing so many similar posts it's hard.
Best of luck. It will get better at least to some extent, although you probably should not expect that beautiful cleavage with 0.8-1.0 cm distance between the breasts.
I'm sure they'll improve. Maybe not to perfection, but they'll settle and I'm sure there's still slight swelling. If they stay exactly like this, and you're unhappy, I would be asking for a refund of some percentage. And you can try again with another surgeon.
They will do a revision operation and each doctor has rules to qualify for a revision. But never a financial return
I believe they'd do a revision. He said to wait 6 months. They have gotten a tad better. He said I still have swelling. Patience I guess. There is nothing I can do for now.

I hope you start to feel better in time.
Best wishes.
I wish you the best of luck.
