Tenting Issues

Symmastia

415 HP silicon unders. I've been very unhappy with my result from day 1. He went larger in surgery than we agreed upon to "fill up" the sagging. My chest muscles were in pain for 6 weeks and I'm afraid it's symmastia. I'm 10 weeks post op now. The surgeon said my gap may get a little better but will not improve completely. He said it's not symmastia but I disagree. What do you think? I was a 32B pre op with forward facing nipples and lots of sternum (ribs were visible)

They look a bit off to me. I'm on my 3rd BA. Athletic build and I was barely a 32B. First BA was done in 1988 and was perfect )looked natural). Convinced to replace them by a PS who was a friend in 2006. He went larger than I wanted, used high profile, round, saline and did a horrible job on the pocket. I ended up being not super happy as there was so much side boob and they looked fake. One of them deflated in 2016 and I went to another PS to get them replaced and I'm so glad I did. The PS was so helpful in helping me determine the look I wanted (lots of wish pics, measuring and review of the different implants). It was the easiest surgery of the 3 and I love the results because they look natural. Give it a few months and see what happens. If you are still not happy, find another PS.
I just need patience. It should at least get a bit better. If not they said I'd need something with a smaller width
They look pretty good for implants and no lift.
We were avoi
Oops. We were avoiding a lift. Wish I had pre-op photos to show. Two empty little bags. Thanks kids.
I genuinely think you look really great!!!
I hope you start to feel better in time.
Best wishes.
Thank you!
Hello, I am sorry you are not happy. I had 390cc under and experienced the same issue. My implants were placed too close due to my small chest circumference . I waited 5 years for them to improve. It never happened. I ended up removing my implants all together.
I'm so sorry you had that happen. We wait so long and have such high expectations then this. They said wait at least 6 months before thinking revision. They have changed a lot but still tent. I'm only at 10 weeks. If not I'll get revised.
I think it is great if you are not happy in the future to have them revised. I debated on to have mine revised or explanted. In the end, I was afraid of being disappointed yet again. I explanted and I couldn’t have made a better decision for myself.
I wish you the best of luck.
I'm sorry what is explanted?
Having them taken out
What was your breast width measurement?
I started a 32B. These must be just a tad too wide even though they are high profile

Tenting Issues

I got 415cc under the muscle. I'm surprised the doc went over 400 since we talked about 350-400cc and I was still worried about being too big. He said I look normal but I completely disagree. At three weeks post op I think the "swelling" would have gone down enough for tenting to subside but it is the same as day 1. What does everyone think?

They look great.... I have 375cc and my right dropped lower than my left
Thank you
You look pretty small around the chest circumference - it’s possible he went too big and therefore placed them too close together for your frame.
agree
I'm thinking the same. I'm devastated. I'm praying they will separate a little as they drop. Trying to stay positive but after seeing so many similar posts it's hard.
Best of luck. It will get better at least to some extent, although you probably should not expect that beautiful cleavage with 0.8-1.0 cm distance between the breasts.
I'm sure they'll improve. Maybe not to perfection, but they'll settle and I'm sure there's still slight swelling. If they stay exactly like this, and you're unhappy, I would be asking for a refund of some percentage. And you can try again with another surgeon.
They will do a revision operation and each doctor has rules to qualify for a revision. But never a financial return
I believe they'd do a revision. He said to wait 6 months. They have gotten a tad better. He said I still have swelling. Patience I guess. There is nothing I can do for now.
