Well looks like I'm a D but NOBODY KNOWS :D (Also Sex with new boobs)

So I had one night stand *gasp scandalous!* I know ;) My summer crush pulled up my shirt and said 'you know you've got these amazing firm breasts'. I asked him if firm was good and he responded with a yes.

He knew I had surgery but no idea what for. At one point he was laying on top of with my breast in hand and asked what kind of surgery I had had. He had no idea!

Nipple sensation post BA....OMG. My nipples never really were a sexual point for me. They would need a lot of stimulation to have an effect. My lover put his mouth on my nipple and I could barely stop writhing. He couldn't have been being that rough (not his style) but it felt incredibly intense, skimming on painful.

I have been braless for weeks but it t'was time to get a bra. First I tried on a 34 C....nope. I then searched for a 34 D a size which apparently does not exist. The next size up I could find was a 36D. It fit perfectly.

I wasn't planning on being a D but I'm very happy. I walk with perfect posture now and all the boys stop and stare ;D It's really had an amazing effect. My breasts are the perfect size for me.

P.S. Nipple Chafe is real, lotion up!

Armpit Scars

An update on my scars!

For the first week I couldn't lift my arms above my head comfortably. I also could not get water on the steri strips which were covering the incision while it healed. The gritty details of that meant no washing under my armpit for a week. Or shaving. Or deodorant. It was primitive. I warned my doctor before he picked up my arm to remove the steri strips.

As you can see the scars are beautiful!! I cannot imagine how a 500 and a 450 got pushed through such tiny incisions. They're so skinny and pretty. I'm also posting a picture of another scar from the beginning of the summer that was stitched up by an emergency room doctor. The difference is obvious. Plastic surgeons really are artists.

In each incision i can feel the very end of the stitches sticking slightly out but it's not uncomfortable. Both scars are only visible when my arms are fully up so it will be very discrete.

In boob related news: My breasts are amazing!

One week today

My that went fast. This week was ROUGH. This whole thing was a secret so i couldn't take off from work. I had surgery on friday and then a big important meeting that I had to run suddenly popped up. On Monday morning. At 8 AM.... I grit my teeth and got through it but I had to go home shortly afterwards I just couldn't stay up at my desk.

Tuesday I was on my own and had to return my Mother. It was harder without her there to help me in and out of my clothes and pick things up for me. Hardest of all was loading my purse everyday and loading my car. As you would have it opening the car door is probably the most painful everyday activity you can do after a breast augmentation. It flexes your chest in the most awful way and put me on high alert for animation deformity.

I had some fairly bad nightmares coming off of the painkillers (oxy) and my chest felt frighteningly tight each day. (I couldn't go to work on both the painkillers and the oxy) but I made it through and TGIF.

Friday was the first day I felt relatively normal. My chest was tight but not uncomfortably so. I had my one week follow up with the Doctor. He noticed that the left is still bigger than the right. He wouldn't have eyed me as actually having a 100cc difference rather than 75cc. I'm still happy with the result which will only improve with time. In his words 'you'll love the way they look in 6 weeks, you'll love the way they feel in 3 months'

The best thing of all was that I was cleared to stop wearing the ace bandage but no bras yet. I layered several camis and wore a loose gathered shirt to disguise the blocky shape of my boob. He also gave me some boob stretching moves to help the implant settle properly. I'll see him again in 1 week.
