Asymmetrical and deflated

Tale of Three Doctors

WORTH IT$7,000
Since having my baby boy, who is now almost 8, I've been committed to getting my breasts done. Pregnancy and breast feeding left my breasts asymmetrical, sad, and deflated. But before booking my procedure, I did a ton of research, took my time, and had three consultations.
The first doctor I visited, Dr. Chen, was nice, but the consultation was rushed, and he seemed unconcerned with the specifics of my case. I got the impression that Dr. Chen had a one-sized-fits-all solution (300cc mod+ implants) that he recommends to all his patients regardless of the specifics. Basically, he didn't measure me and seemed to just shrug his shoulders and eye-ball it. I left lacking confidence that Dr. Chen could improve my condition.
The second doctor, Dr. Mayberry, was my least favorite. It was a virtual consultation, and it was awkward. The entire consultation felt rushed, and Dr. Mayberry seemed bothered the entire time--like I was pestering him with my questions. And when I explained my goals, Dr. Mayberry told me that he does't have "a lot of experience with asymmetry." Once again, I left not feeling at all confident that the doc could improve my condition.
Finally, I met Dr. Knotts. Dr. Knott's took his time. He was kind, encouraging, and gentle. He measured, he re-measured, he answered my questions, and he listened. He understood, immediately, that I'm a professional woman--and a mom of three--and that I don't want giant knockers. He recognized my age--I'm 35, not 22--and he gave me excellent advice on my size. When I told him that I'm a bit of a hypochondriac, and that I prefer saline implants, he didn't balk (like the others). He made me feel heard, and I left feeling *very* confident that Dr. Knott's will be able to give me what I'm after: more symmetrical, full breasts. I booked my procedure the next day. My surgery is set for March 25.

I’m much in the same boat but much less volume to start with. Do you remember your bwd and the width of the implants? Also what was your pre op bra size?

I don't remember, but I'm sure my surgeon has that info. I'm happy to get it when I go back for my 3 mo check up. I know my breasts were different widths (my bigger was wider) and the surgeon selected different width/profile/volume implants to accommodate the asymmetry. Bra size: I was a Victoria's Secret 32 B (right) and 32 C (left). I'm a 32 DD now in both.

I did it!

Doc. Knotts and team were excellent; they were kind and attentive, and they put me at ease immediately.

The surgery was quick and painless , and I didn’t even get nauseous from the anesthesia! Doc prescribed me a scopolamine the night before, and it really helped.

I took a quick peek when I got home, and I think they look really good so far—they are my boobs, but way better. I got 200 on the left and 275 on the right, under the muscle saline.

The biggie sized boob is still bigger, but as the swelling goes down, they should even out. Apparently the boob with more tissue swells more.

Day 2 Post Op

I’m feeling pretty down this morning. My main goal was to correct my asymmetric chest, but today my boobs feel massive, and they are just as asymmetric (perhaps more?) as they were before surgery. I’m hoping that when the swelling goes down and the implants finish dropping, they will look better.

Give it some time. The dr will probably give you a band to help the slower dropping one to drop better and they’ll hopefully even out. Trust the process love ❤️
