Great Experience So Far!

I've wanted a breast augmentation since I was in high school, so I finally got to a point where I could follow through with the procedure and started my search. Doctor John Corey was the first surgeon I found, and ultimately was who I chose for my augmentation. His years of experience combined with his after results stood out to me compared to other surgeons in the area.
His bedside manners were excellent and he was very attentive to what I said and asked for. He also takes into consideration the frame of your body for the best look that is in alignment with your goals, which I think is great.
I had my surgery earlier today with 405 cc moderate profile under the muscle through my underarm. The surgery center staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs before and after surgery.
I will be posting more of my post-op journey as often as I can :)
?Post Op, Day of Surgery:
When I woke up the anesthesia had me shaking a lot in the recovery room and I felt like my skin was stretching out and it was painful. The surgical center staff gave me a warm blanket and gave me pain meds. From there I was very loopy and out of it until a few hours after I came home. The pain was around a 5/10, it felt like pressure and stretching on my chest. I was fine a little over 2 hours after I took my prescription pain med. I slept for a few hours and when I was awake I was starving. I got to eat soups and crackers while staying hydrated.
Now, at 10pm my center chest is feeling some pressure with very mild pain (it's uncomfortable) and my left breast looks to be lower than the right but the right breast on the side closest to my underarm is a bit more swollen. I've also started to notice wome bruising coming in, but I fully expected that. I've walked around in the house throughout the day and lifted my arms for range of motion exercises, but now they feel more stiff and a bit harder for me to lift higher than I was earlier today.

Day 1 post-op

I felt a lot more pressure on my chest today and my back is super stiff. I was up walking around the house more today and moved my arms. However, I can't lift my arms as high I could the day before. I felt a little dazed throughout the day, I'm not sure if that's because of the pain meds or because the tiredness caught up with me. Definitely going to rest more tomorrow and not walk around as much. My stomach is also bloated, my breasts are swollen and they are still numb. I did start to feel some spasms and itchiness around the incisions and like "warm streams" of feeling around my right breast. My right breast is still more swollen on the side near my underarm compared to my left.

They look great!!! What's your height and weight? Also I believe the band is supposed to be worn higher to push them down instead of being on top of the implant :)

I'm 5'5 and 126 lbs! And thank you for the reminder, I readjusted the band after your comment :)

Day 2 Post Op

I slept most of the day for some much needed rest. I did do some stretches today for my arms as well (with the help of my boyfriend). I showered today, which I also needed his help for as I can't reach my hair yet or into my incisions to wash with soap.
I had a lot more "warm streams" of sensation through my breasts today that even felt like stinging. I had center chest pain and back pain, but used a heating pad on my back for relief. I did stop taking the pain meds today because they made me feel dazed and dizzy, so I've been taking ibuprofen every 4 hours as needed. I felt great when I woke up this morning, but I think things just caught up with me today. I would rate the discomfort a 7/10 and pain 6/10.
