Tops, weight gain, exercise, and incision update
Hello :)
Sorry for the delay in updating, it has been a..hectic and whirlwind these past few weeks. See below for updates.
Incisions: my incisions are still noticeable so any scar treatment recommendations are appreciated. I sometimes get a deep tingling feeling in my incisions. They do feel odd stretching in that area whenever I'm exercising my upper body.
Exercise: I've been back to my routine, however, I've mainly been focusing on my core and lower body in workouts. I can't really do much upper body workouts like any pulling or pushing motions with weights greater than 10 pounds. When I try to train my upper body/chest area i feel the implant again my chest a bit and my armpits stretch in an uncomfortable way. I'm going to start training that area more, just with very light weights to try and get it flexible again but yeah I've really only been doing core and lower body workouts.
Weight gain: Since my surgery in August, I have gained around 30 pounds. I use to weigh 115, I know weight 138-140. I will not say that this is because of the implants, but it is something I've noticed. I am happy about my weight gain though as I feel like leaving a toxic workplace into a much better one has made my life less stressful so I can actually take care of me more. Also, after surgery I was laying down all day for a few weeks so that may also have contributed to it. I'm not upset about it because this is the healthiest I've felt in life but again it is something I've noticed but also could be from factors going on in my life outside of the implants (who knows though).
Tops: LADIES, DO NOT BUY BRAS UNTIL 6 MONTH POST OP. I got excited and spent money on cute new bras and now none of my lightly lined ones fit me (my boob falls out). I now just wear a basic Victoria secret one and sports bras. I have to go shopping for new tops. I use to wear a size small, I'm definitely a medium now in tops. My size small tops make my boobs look huge, I am a 34DD atm. However, my boobs are fluffing more each week (I love them tho) so I definitely need a new wardrobe once they're done. Some tops I will be keeping cause they look great on me, other ones have to go. None of my bikini tops fit me anymore, boo! But sometimes micro-kini tops are cute so I'm keeping a few ;)
Overall, I love my size and the way they're looking every day. They're a lot softer but not as soft as I'd like them to be. I know they'll be more soft over time as they're still just dropping and fluffing. I feel like just this week they got jiggly whenever I'd jump or go down the stairs. I do not regret my size, I love them but they're definitely bigger than I though they would be. But I do love the fact that I could dress them up or down, just need to either wear no bra or a lightly lined bra.

6 Weeks Post Op - Got sized & Incision update!!

The girls are dropping and fluffing out more everyday. They've gotten a lot softer and squishing, but the muscle still tenses up before after bed (doctor said this should go away over time). They're not bouncy yet, just squishy. I got sized and went from a 32B to a 34DD(34E). I can now sleep on my sides and stomach comfortably(I try to avoid my stomach but I'll wake up like that at times).
I'm back in the gym this week, avoiding direct upper body exercises and only using body weight - 5 pound dumbells. I can raise and move my arms almost just as normal as before. I just can't lift anything heavy past my shoulders or I start to feel the implant and the muscle rub together(it's weird). But I know overtime I'll be able to once again.
I am very happy with my results and so grateful that I've had a smooth recovery. I am starting to get more feeling back in my breasts but I still have p sensations in my nipples. My breast tissue is super sensitive so I can't really be out tanning yet. I tried and I started to get burnt on the top of my breasts.
Incision Update:
My incisions are still pretty obvious. They're starting to smooth out but are still a bit bumpy so I've been avoiding shaving the area. I tried to use bio oil to start scar treatment but it irritated my skin and made my incisions red so either A) I'm not ready for that or B) Bio Oil is not for me. My right incision seems to be healing quicker than my left.

Before vs. After
Looking at my before and after pictures is so shocking for me. I love my new boobs. Simple as that. Beforehand I didn't have much cleavage or volume. Now, I have all the cleav, volume, and roundness that I've wanted :)
