Super tall, super flat, super ready for surgery!
I have wanted to have this surgery for over a decade but was hesitant to do it in my younger years because I was a fashion model and it would have killed my career. Now at the age of 33 I have gained some pounds and with my tall stature (6'2") I feel that I could carry the look of a voluptuous implant very well. I have always had a big, round bottom but my top half never matched and it's time to change that.
After lurking for years I have already decided on most of the particulars - saline, round, smooth, submuscular, armpit incision - but I definitely need help deciding on size and profile. My biggest fear is getting a size-happy Doctor who recommends a massive implant based on my height alone. For me it's not about the cc's or final cup size but a look that suits me.
Well today I had my first consultation and thankfully the doc and I were on the same page! After looking at my wish pics and taking some measurements he assured me that he would keep things in proportion. The best part is he specializes in transaxillary incisions. I'll probably wait a week to book my surgery date but for now it seems like it will be a mid-March affair.
Side note I requested a consultation with another doctor on here but his office was very pushy and tried to talk me into a nipple or crease incision which I absolutely do not want since I scar easily. If I'm finally going to get a womanly figure then I most certain don't want scarred lady parts. Another very popular South Florida doctor hasn't even acknowledged my consultation requests (x3). Kudos to him for being in high demand but I wouldn't want to be just another number to a doctor like that anyway. Even though I've only had one consultation those two experiences convinced me that I am heading in the right direction with the right doctor.
For those of you who have already gone through this or who are currently in the process of it I thank you for your posts and photos which have been tremendously helpful. For those of you who haven't started the journey yet I hope that your day comes soon and that everything goes well.

I want to show you my wish pics. For the consultation I was told to show nude photos so that they can get a better idea of how things would look without the aid of bras, bikinis, etc. These however are clothed for the most part and this is how I hope my assets will look when Im ready to show them off to the world! Tonight I plan to take some photos of my starting size.

Boy oh boy am I turning into a boob fanatic. I look at photos all day long! I had to have my phone replaced the other day and I was so worried that the phone tech would see all the saved photos while doing my transfer! Here's another batch of wish pics. I really need to find out if the cc's and profile suggested by my doctor will still get me these kind of results or whether I need more projection (moderate plus?) and more cc's.
One thing is for sure, February just snuck up on me and I need to up my exercise game so that my body is ready for my post surgery reveal!
